Playing the piano has been a big part of my life since I was 4 years old but it’s not the only thing I do! In the car, I’m usually listening back on clips that my band most recently recorded. My brother and I do that together and it’s my creative outlet. If you find me at home, I am rowdying around with my sons and spending time with my wife. When we have time to ourselves, Alyssa and I could spend the entire day just going to new restaurants, eating, drinking and talking the day away. It's our thing... eating food, meeting new people & remembering why we do what we do.

I grew up running around after my mom in her gardens and spent most of high school in the art department. I went off to design school and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Soon after, I started my first “real” design job and have been working in the industry in either commercial or residential design ever since, giving me thirty-five years of design experience. A second related career in Floral Design was added to my skill set when I was employed as a part-time floral designer and trained at Longwood Gardens.
