WE OFFER A CLASSIC, VERSATILE, INCLUSIVE, AFFORDABLE, and LOW STRESS VENUE. My husband David and I have taken into account every detail you would need on your wedding weekend, from the Friday set up and rehearsal, to the Saturday preparations and photos, to the ceremony, reception, and after party! Our overnight accommodations of two suites inside the venue along with stand alone separate groom's and bride's houses, make the weekend even easier! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. For those seeking a seamless experience, The Venue can be paired with The Lodge at White Oak Falls, providing a beautiful location for your wedding and the added convenience of on-site accommodations. Your wedding party can immerse themselves in the beauty of the property while enjoying an unforgettable celebration from start to finish. The Venue also includes 160 chairs with tables and linens to accommodate your ceremony and reception. While we provide these key items, we do not offer catering, floral services, bakery services, or officiants. This allows you the freedom to bring in your own preferred vendors, ensuring every detail of your day reflects your unique vision.

The facility is a 60x90 metal building with a 10’ porch across the front and 5ft sidewalks down each side. The inside was finished with wood and galvalume metal, giving it a country look. With the addition of a few theme-specific decorations, the ambiance can be changed from a rustic theme or shabby chic to anything in between. The amenities include a full kitchen area, multiple restrooms that are handicap accessible, roomy dressing areas for wedding attendance including a private restroom, tables, and chairs for up to 250 guests, and central heat and air. The parking lot is spacious and well-lit. The facility is vendor friendly with parking large enough for a truck and trailer near the kitchen door.
