Lauren helped us make decisions on food, decor and other details, while also keeping us on schedule leading up to the big day. “Our wedding was amazing at Eaglewood Resort & Spa! The service was unbelievable, the food was fabulous, and the whole day was seamless with Robb Rybicki leading the way. We planned to have our ceremony outside in the beautiful golf course, but God had other plans and it stormed. It was actually pretty cool. Robb quickly moved our ceremony into the ballroom, which was gorgeous! The whole venue is gorgeous and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! All of our guests raved about the truffled gnocchi, filet mignon, salmon and pork chop! The wine was very good too!”

“We knew from the first visit that Bartlett Hills was the perfect venue for us! We had our belated wedding reception/anniversary party and Evan and his staff were just so amazing to work with. He made everything so seamless from all of the decisions we needed to make to all of the communication leading up to the big day. Any questions we had were responded to promptly and every little change we had, even during the event, Evan was able to handle with such professionalism and care. He even recommended an awesome DJ for us that we absolutely loved and were so grateful for the information as we were terrible with any sort of planning. Evan truly loves what he does and we couldn't have asked for a better person to help run our event. The food is DELICIOUS. All of our guests were raving about the food we had picked out and were just loving the venue as a whole. We decided to choose the buffet style to make it a more relaxed setting and they even had little decorations for each station which was such a nice touch. We chose the 4 station option which was PLENTY of food for our 160 guests and it even came with passed hors d'oeuvres, a dessert table, and an open bar. We were allowed to bring some traditional desserts provided by some family members and the staff was so accommodating in displaying them when the time came. They even provided to-go boxes for the food and desserts for our guests to take home. Before the party, golf carts were provided so we could take some pictures on the grounds and an assistant was with us the whole time to make sure we knew where to go and where all the best spots were. As far as cost which I know is a huge factor in choosing venues, Bartlett Hills was the cheapest we found with more amenities so how can you look anywhere else! There is no venue fee and we only paid per person for the buffet food with hors d'oeuvres and open bar at no extra charge. Table centers with fresh flowers were also provided free of charge and their front room is already nicely decorated. Evan also stayed throughout the entire event to make sure everything ran smoothly so you don't even need a day of planner. We did choose a Sunday date during off season in April so we also got a discount as well as an extra hors d'oeuvre included. I can't recommend this venue enough and know you will have an amazing time if you have your event here!”

Our banquet room comprises of floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap-around balcony overlooking the golf course with panoramic views of the grounds also, the outdoor pavilion tent accommodates up to 350 guests. 260 acres of beautifully maintained grounds and clubhouse and can accommodate up to 330 guests for golf outings, meeting or banquets (240 guests for wedding receptions). Experience the breathtaking view of our lake, waterfall and fountain. The restaurant at White Pines is a perfect setting for a business meeting or a relaxed dining occasion with friends or co-workers. Call for a tour!

“Overall things were good. There were however a few disappointments that we encountered. First, there wasn't any power at the outdoor wedding venue; they had to run extension cords. Second was that people were allowed into the venue but the bar was not open and appetizers were not ready. Third, the room was very warm from the afternoon sun because the thermostat was in the hallway with a fireplace and the doors were closed. That was corrected by opening the doors but only after a long period of time. Fourth, there not enough appetizers. We as the wedding couple only got 1 of each selection (6 total) between the 2 of us and that was because they brought them to us in the bridal suite. We were told that people were taking them off the server's trays as the servers came out of the kitchen, but it seemed there wasn't enough food or staff because we were told by some guests that they didn't have any appetizers at all. Also, we were told that a guest asked a server for a glass of water, the server told the guest, "It's on the bar". Lastly, we ordered a Caesar Salad but we received an "Essence Salad". The menu's on the guests' plates stated "Essence Salad" but White Pines insisted it was a Caesar Salad...I've never had Caesar Salad with red onion. Aside from what I previously mentioned, the entrees were delicious and we did have a lot of fun. Bernadette was easy to work with and offered a lot of useful suggestions.”

“With everything going on with COVID-19, my fiance and I were super nervous about what would happen if we postponed our wedding or even if we had it with a smaller crowd. We had friends tell us that for their wedding at a different venue, they were still going to be charged the minimum amount even if there were only 50 people, I was so nervous about what was going to happen but then we got the call. Jennifer called us from Brides of Poplar Creek and assured us that they understood what was going on and that they would do whatever they could to accommodate us with what we decided to do. They allowed us to maintain our date for 2020 but then also offered to hold a date (at no cost) for 2021! My fiance and I hit the lotto with this place. Jennifer is up to date on the guidelines they are mandated to follow and continued to support us as we took our time deciding what we were going to do. We have finally decided to move our date and Jennifer drew up the new contract and got it to us in no time. Honestly, she made it so much easier for us to make this decision because it definitely was not easy. If you have not seen this venue in person, you need to go check it out. I am very picky and was looking for a place that did not have carpet. If you look at their old photos you see what the upstairs used to look like, it was beautiful but it had carpet. I was going to not even check out this venue but my mom saw that they updated their floors and now it is wood flooring. IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Having both inside and outside ceremony options, you could not ask for a better place. I cannot wait to continue working with Jennifer and her crew as the countdown to our new wedding date continues. I will post a new review after our wedding happens next September. CHECK OUT BRIDGES OF POPLAR CREEK, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT”
