I fell into baking almost by accident after wanting to step away from my office job to find something more fulfilling. I started as a cake decorator in 2014 and transitioned into a bakery manager position before making the leap to business owner. The Blue Umbrella opened in 2018 and it has been an amazing adventure ever since.
