Western Sky Wedding & Event Venue provided a beautiful space for our special day. While it was a bit tricky to get them on the phone, they were responsive to emails and answered all of our questions. The day-of coordination was excellent - they set up everything wonderfully and were available for any needs we had. They even provided a personalized Mrs. makeup bag with an emergency kit, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a perfect wedding day thanks to the great work of the Western Sky team.

We got married at Cypress Falls on Sept. 19 2020, and it was an absolute dream come true. From decor, to day-of coordination, to on-site accommodations, this is the smartest decision anyone could ever make when choosing their wedding venue. There is so much attention to detail by the staff and they truly embrace you in a way that feels like family. The property itself is incredible and makes for such a fun wedding weekend (or wedding week if you want to extend the party like we did). Our family and friends had a blast at the swimming hole, hanging out in the Tavern, and staying at the Lodge. There is so much Texas charm everywhere you look. The ceremony site is gorgeous and serene. The indoor/outdoor reception area is a perfect setup and the decor turned out stunning. Even when it comes to unconventional details, the staff is there for you in a way that is above and beyond. Many of our family members could not attend the wedding due to travel restrictions with COVID-19. We were able to live-stream the ceremony and reception to them all the way in Australia which is something we will all cherish forever. Special thanks to the staff who made it all possible... Lynnsey - You're a gem. Thank you for taking such good care of us and our guests, even the ones abroad. We are so appreciative of everything you did to ensure the success of our beautiful wedding. Located less than an hour from South Austin, Inspiring Oaks Ranch checks all the boxes: Stunning sunsets, onsite lodging for 24 guests, a built in weather plan, game room/basketball court, etc. My clients rented the property from Friday morning through lunch time on Sunday and the rental rate is incredible! (Fun fact: the flexible rental hours mean your vendors don’t need to charge you extra for strict time windows / late night pick ups!) We fell in "love at first sight" with "The Lost Mission." The chapel is stunning with more than enough room for your guests to sit comfortably. Ringing the bell after "I do" was a special touch. The bridal suite was enough to fit a bridal party of five, bride, mother of bride, and two stylists with comfortable room to relax. Addison did a wonderful job of keeping both suites stocked with goodies for the wedding party. The groom's suite comfortably fit the party of five, the groom, and his parents. The reception area was gorgeous! I highly recommend getting the drapes, it makes a beautiful difference. We had the barbecue option for dinner and we were not ready for how delicious it was! Leading up to the wedding the consistent advice we received from family and friends was, "be prepared to not have time to eat or drink at all." Thanks to Addison, that did not fall true. She made sure there was a fresh drink at our table the whole night and served us our meals first. Our guests still can not stop talking about how beautiful the grounds were. If we could, we would make an annual visit on our anniversary just to spend the day there and have dinner. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Everyone is so easy to communicate with, gave plenty of recommendations, and make our dream a literal fairy tale.

The house is a perfect marriage of vintage and modern where the outside is a cabin beautiful for picture while the inside has a modern feel with large windows and full of light. We had the best day of our lives at Magnolia Halle!!! We looked at about 10 different wedding venues and Magnolia was by far the best one we had visited. Magnolia Halle was beautiful inside and out. With in-house catering, setup and linens included in the price, it was perfect for our big day! Also, it is located in an area with lots of hotels nearby, which was extremely helpful for our out of town family and friends. We had about 150 guests at our wedding, and everyone fit comfortably in the Halle. Our guests said that they thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the short ribs. Additionally, Kryssi, the venue coordinator was PHENOMENAL. We booked Magnolia Halle for our wedding venue over a year in advance, and Kryssi was very responsive to our messages and questions throughout the entirety of that time. We were able to visit multiple times before our wedding to envision how our decor would look, and we really appreciate all of the help and attentiveness that Kryssi provided. She is very kind and wonderful, which made our experience of planning our wedding at Magnolia Halle seamless and fun! About a week before our wedding in March 2025, they installed a new projector and A/V system that we were able to utilize and it was a game changer. If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue without the drive out to the hill country, Magnolia Halle is THE place! It was truly the best day of our lives.

Had a wonderful experience here. Love the venue, so many beautiful places to take pics. We loved the ceremony outside the barn doors and nice rustic vibe we wanted inside the barn. The food was delicious and everyone loved the bonus late night snack of mini tacos and quesadillas. Staff was great and a big shout to Melida the event coordinator , she was so awesome and tremendously helpful to this anxious bride. Definitely want to have another celebration out here. Perhaps a wedding anniversary in a few years.

Two Wishes Ranch was truly the venue of our dreams! After needing to find a new venue after postponing our wedding due to Covid, we had almost given up hope until we visited Two Wishes. The Cedars Ranch has done a wonderful job creating a warm, open, and welcoming space to host a wedding and wedding reception. One of the highlights of the day for me was getting ready in the yurt on their property, it's tucked back away from the hustle and bustle so I just got the relax with my bridesmaids in a very tranquil setting. We chose to have our ceremony area face west so we got some lovely pictures of the sun starting to go down as we said our vows, and the reception area is strung up with twinkle lights over it, a must-have for me :) The Cedars Ranch was the perfect mix of outdoor rustic and modern and we loved that they were so environmentally conscious. Communication was great and Marilyn and Bill patiently answered all our questions as we were figuring out how we were going to make everything work. The fire pit was a big hit with the kiddos (s'mores station) and the area next to the great hall fit Torchy's food truck (largest food truck in the country) perfectly. Would highly recommend any couple to tour this wonderful venue.

Stargazer ranch definitly helped make my wedding day special. Everything start to finish was wonderful. They even offer cabins/casitas you can stay in to help make the wedding day and day after even better. We spent 3 days total at the venue and it was worth it. The owner of the venue is very accomodating and she allowed us to really transform this space into our perfect vision we had for our wedding. We had an outdoor wedding start to finish from the ceremony to the reception and this venue had everything we needed to make it a success.

We loved our time with Prima Vista! Ellen was so great to work with and answered my many questions with grace! The venue is so beautiful it needs minimal decor and they have a closet of things to use from other couples! We left some hurricanes, tea lights and chargers there. They also took our flowers to the memory care unit the next day which was so kind.

We secured Cedar Break at Howard Ranch as our wedding venue on 8 June 2024. We housed 42 guests between 10 cabins, the Old Bar N, and all 5 Airstreams. We held a pre-party in the Old Barn N, which accommodated all guests downstairs and on the balcony above. We reserved the Tobacco Barn for the ceremony to include a buffet-style dinner and plenty of room for dancing afterward. Due to the heat, we rented portable AC units and fans for the barn to keep the temperature down in the Texas heat. The 3-day weekend event was a success with no issues and no complaints. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all our guests, accommodations, and the wedding ceremony were perfect. Many of our guests said they want to return to Cedar Break for a personal getaway in the Texas Hill Country again. If you are looking for a wedding venue with onsite accommodations, this is hands down the place to get!

We really struggled to find a venue in the Austin area that we liked. Venues tended to be ultra-rustic farmhouses, or ultra-contemporary spaces with no charm, neither of which are our vibe. Anything we did like was priced absurdly high and booked through 2025. Then we found The Carrington and are SO happy we did. We were looking for a place that could provide a cozy-yet-elevated, intimate dinner party atmosphere for our wedding, and The Carrington was exactly that. It had so much charm and character, and the 3 distinct spaces (indoor, ceremony side yard, and backyard) were perfect for creating a natural flow from cocktail hour, to ceremony, to dinner, to dancing. The convenience of the bridal suite upstairs and the guest house next door were a massive plus, too. Our guests gave rave reviews of the venue. We had a really positive experience working with the staff-- particularly with Emily, who was so helpful, kind, and easy-going. The laid-back and flexible attitude of The Carrington team helped make wedding planning so much less stressful. A lot of venues we toured had rigid rules and functioned like wedding factories, not leaving much space for the unique touches we wanted. The Carrington staff were totally open to our ideas and requests, and we were able to handcraft our perfect event. Lastly, the price was unbeatable. I still can't believe how much bang for our buck we got at The Carrington. The wedding industry can feel extremely financially predatory, so I am so grateful to them for providing an affordable option that didn't sacrifice quality. The price of the venue was single-handedly what kept us from going over budget. I would 100% recommend The Carrington, but will note a few things to consider: - We had a spring wedding so the grass and landscaping were fully green and in bloom. During summer and winter you may need more florals/decor to liven up the outdoor space. - There is a train right by the venue with an unpredictable schedule, so there's a chance it will go by during your ceremony. We lucked out and didn't have that happen, but it was on our minds!

Stonehouse was the perfect venue! So many wonderful spaces, the perfect backdrop for photos, and great people to work with. I am a bride who constantly second guessed myself, but I always felt confident with my choice of venue, and have zero regrets. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Villa at the Vineyard. The space and grounds are gorgeous and Amanda, the venue director, was fantastic to work with. I can't say enough good things about her or the venue! The space itself is beautiful. Even though florals weren't a large part of our budget, I loved the minimal look of the choices we made in the big, beautiful reception hall! The vineyard outside was stunning and made a fantastic photo backdrop. The getting ready areas were comfortable, well-equipped, and well-lit, so we had a great time getting ready with our friends beforehand (and all the getting ready photos in that area were beautiful too). Even the drive out from Austin was beautiful and easy, which was nice for our out of town guests. I especially appreciated the flow encouraged by the event space's layout, with the ceremony area next to the patio where we had our cocktail hour and the dramatic staircase leading to the reception hall. None of the spaces had to be turned over to serve double-duty, which made setup easy and kept our guests flowing between spaces that felt natural. Also, just to rave a little bit -- Amanda was an absolute lifesaver when we had trouble with our original venue, mere months before our wedding date. Amanda and our planner worked magic to make it possible for us to make a smooth last-minute switch to Villa at the Vineyard. Making that change brought our joy back and transformed our event! I'm thankful that the stars aligned so that the space happened to be free on our date (a Thursday) and that Amanda was so on top of things and easy to work with. Between Amanda and our wedding planner, working with Villa at the Vineyard was absolutely effortless. After our experience with the original venue, believe me when I say -- that's not something I take for granted at ALL. While the space itself is new, it comes with Amanda's deep expertise in managing wedding venues and familiarity with local wedding resources, and I consider that a tremendous perk. I loved having our wedding at Villa at the Vineyard and I would choose it again in a heartbeat!
