My name is Saleshia Staton and Splash by Sas and I originated out of North Carolina. Started as something small with helping out with events here and there and I wanted to perfect my craft. I started booking events and working on how to be a better event planner, mixologist, caterer, decorator, etc. etc. all of the above to make sure my clients are receiving the best services and the best and high quality that they are looking for.

As the mobile catering extension of the esteemed local brand Inizio Pizza, we specialize in offering authentic wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza crafted with genuine ingredients sourced from Italy. I have been in love with all things entertaining since I planned my first birthday party at the age of 5! After spending over 15 year perfecting my craft in various areas of the special events industry, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion and attend culinary school. In March of 2019 I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York focusing on health supportive cuisine. Each celebration has a signature touch, a personal flair, it is a reflection of who you are interpreted by my hands. It is simply me, Amelia Irene Design.

Chef Tara is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. She has lifelong experience & was raised in the food industry. Growing up in the family's restaurants and summer resort businesses gives her well rounded expertise in both front & back of the house. Chef is well versed in many international cuisine styles and personally speaks to each client to create a custom menu for your wedding/event. Chef does not offer a limited list of items to chose from or a limited option of packages for catering. Each event and menu is unique.
