Located at the south end of L.A.’s downtown Arts District, The Clara is a historic Art Deco bank, revived as a daylight photo studio and event space. Stunning features include its original bank vault from 1923, elegant 19’ ceilings with authentic pillar sculpture, and custom lighting installations by architectural designer, Brian Thoreen. This 4,300 square foot two-story venue is an ideal space for events, film & photo shoots, and art exhibitions.

Seventh Place is an urban warehouse venue available for an array of events, weddings, parties, concerts, film and commercial productions, and large-scale exhibitions. It offers a unique, rustic, eclectic charm in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown, Los Angeles. A growing artistic and cultured community surrounds it, just steps away from Little Tokyo, Japanese Village, and Southern California Institute of Architecture. This impressive, seventy-five year old, urban interior space consists of bow truss 14 ft. high ceilings, vintage architecture with exposed brick, large windows, and skylights.

Located in Downtown Los Angeles, just outside of the Arts District, is our 4,000+ sq. ft. space. Stage 1 has polished concrete floors, two skylights, and a cyc. There is a production loft available that overlooks the entire stage. Within the space, the power rating is 400 amps. In addition, there are surround sound Bose music speakers.

Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

Valentine is our grandest location, and features a flowing 9,000 square-foot site plan designed for private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, productions and live performances. The venue is fully amenitized, and we provide experienced, professional site management, plus a commercial kitchen for client-selected catering teams. Originally built in the 1920’s in an area that has long served as the city’s seafood market east of Downtown, the building has lived many lives in its century of use; it’s been a hotel, a brothel, a fish and oyster company, and a commercial site for everything from glass blowing to marijuana cultivation. This mysterious history subtly informed our re-invention of the space.

Located directly across the street from Valentine & Grass Room and just around the corner from Millwick, Flora Chang is an intimate gathering space for up to 32 guests, plus staff, perfect for small performing arts events, private parties, day of bride/groom suite, rehearsal dinners, photo-shoots and more. It’s also a showroom/gallery for artworks, handmade objects and other far out stuff.

Grass Room is perhaps our most distinctive location and features a flowing 6,000-square-foot site plan designed for private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, productions and live performances. We are a nonprofit multipurpose sports and activities center in Downtown Los Angeles. Our mission is to provide a facility for youth, families and seniors that offers sports, community activities, and opportunities to connect visitors to Japanese American culture and a vibrant, sustainable Little Tokyo. We have 5 main rental spaces (Plaza & Stage, Terrace, Community Room, Courtyard, and Gym) and an underground parking lot. Plaza & Stage: The perfect setting for weddings, concerts, and events of all kinds. Strands of bistro lighting are draped above while lush vegetation, trees, and shrubs surround the plaza. Terrace: The outdoor terrace wraps provides views of Los Angeles St and the Plaza & Stage below. Green space adorns the terrace, which also features a children's playground, community garden, and mural. Community Room: This multi-purpose room accommodates classes, meetings, and more. Features a built-in TV and floor-to-ceiling glass that provide views of the courtyard.

Historic South Central/ Exposition Park adjacent daylight studio is a light and airy creative space for photography and events. The space is a bright and fresh brick architectural building with wooden beams throughout, fresh painted white brick walls, and high sheen concrete floors — complete with a dressing room, lounge, bathrooms and parking. We can design custom lighting for your event and also provide professional audio services.

We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

Established in 2020, The Revery is a one of a kind, premium event venue located in Mission Junction (Chinatown’s neighbor) in Los Angeles. It all started when the founder of Bedhead Pajamas, Renee Claire Bertrand, and her husband, artist Lavi Daniel, discovered a historical art deco theater ( built-in 1948) near USC and decided to restore the gem back to its original glory which included reconstruction of the 23' bow truss ceiling! NES is a gorgeous raw space and blank canvas for your creative vision with warm natural diffused skylights (8), a private gated closed campus, and additional parking across the street (also used for valet).

Built in 1906, The Huron Substation is a stunning historical landmark originally used to serve downtown’s Yellow Car streetcar system. This one-of-a-kind building now offers guests the opportunity to experience the grandeur and majesty of a bygone era in Los Angeles, with modern amenities and style. The elegance and unique historical character of the building make it a perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. The main floor hosts a magnificent grand hall with century-old brick walls, arched windows, 8’ wide chandelier, concrete flooring, and 45-foot cathedral-like ceiling with exposed steel beams. A fire the building survived in the 1980s left a stunning black patina across the historic brick walls. An open staircase leads up to a 1,500-square-foot mezzanine above the main level. Large dramatic barn doors open up to the gorgeous outdoor courtyard with a planted garden, industrial deco fountain, and bistro lighting, the perfect space for an al fresco dining experience.

Carondelet House is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA. With warm wood floors, expansive rooms, exposed brick walls, two exterior courtyards, high exposed beam ceilings and a beautiful fireplace, this is one of the most unique event spaces in Los Angeles.
