Tired of the same wedding barn look? This 1883 historic Laundry building is the epitome of a unique venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom (great for ceremonies) to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Or leave the planning to us and check out our affordable all-inclusive options. “Wow! This venue is gorgeous! We were of the first to be able to use this quaint little black chapel. That’s what I loved most about it but we can’t forget the reception hall. It’s very pretty and the bar area is super unique! Great woodwork and design all around. We did the elopement package so we didn’t use the reception area but it was very nice regardless. Justine was great and answered any questions we had, promptly. We would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a unique experience and that super cute black chapel! We loved it!”
