Hey!  I'm Brandi, the founder of Epic Events!  I started planning events over 17 years ago with my own wedding, then weddings and events for family and friends.  Unfortunately, I didn’t hire an Event Planner/Coordinator for my wedding years ago.  Everything was beautiful!  However, it wasn't until a couple years later when I was looking through wedding pictures that I realized that I didn't get a single picture of just me and my mom.  To this day that saddens me.  This is why I'm so passionate about coordinating weddings, to ensure no bride has regrets from their wedding.

“Brandon Thorn and Adam at Crimson Quarter Weddings went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless! One of the things that I loved right away about Brandon when I first spoke with him was his authenticity, friendliness and sense of humor. As a result, we became friends pretty quickly and got to know a lot about each other beyond wedding planning-related tasks. I so appreciated this because it meant that I felt like I had an ally to help me navigate the wedding planning process. Brandon will truly support you and go to bat for you if there is a communication issue or conflict of interest with another vendor or venue. I learned as a bride that it is really important to have someone like Brandon who is there 100% looking out for your best interests. I also appreciated that while I hired Brandon as my Day-of-Coordinator, he did way more than just day-of coordinating duties, including attending meetings with my venue several months in advance. He also always answered my texts and emails quickly and communicated with me frequently. This made me feel secure knowing that Brandon really cared about me! On the day of the event, we had to move our ceremony inside due to rain, and Brandon and Adam worked hard to still ensure that the décor and other elements for the ceremony were still set up to look beautiful inside. They also worked with the venue to make some changes to the furniture layout in order to still ensure that the space was set up to make us and our guests have the best experience possible. They also did an outstanding job taking down the décor and cleaning up so that my new husband and I could enjoy our second line and afterparty without having to worry about going back to the venue to clean up. When we returned to our hotel room much later that night, all of our items, including personal items that we had left in the venue space, were all returned to us and neatly stored in our room. We really felt taken care of the entire time. On top of all of this, I really felt like the fee we paid Brandon was an excellent value for the service that we received. I compared Brandon's pricing to other Day-of Coordinators in the New Orleans area, and I can say with certainty that his prices are better that most of the competition, especially for the level of service that you will receive! I would 100% recommend Crimson Quarter Weddings to any bride, groom or individual wishing to host a party/event in the New Orleans or broader Louisiana and Mississippi area!”
