Foothills Catering was founded by brother and sister, Nikki Lucero and Erik Farnsworth. Our parents first introduced us into the world of catering when they opened Lopiano’s Catering in 1989. Growing up working in the industry for 20 years was a once in a life time experience.

We provide upscale & creative menus inspired by the ingredients and cultural cuisines of the a American South & Southwest, Japan, Italy, France, & Mexico. On top of our incredible catering services we also offer small batch hot sauces made from local Chile peppers from across Colorado.

We moved from NYC in 2016 with big city dreams of a simpler life with more space for our growing family and a desire to be close to farm fresh foods. We created Whistling Boar with the mission to embrace sustainable hospitality practices, support agricultural sustainability and soil regeneration by building community that supports local farms. Chef Bria has almost 10 years of Culinary experience. She is professionally trained and fully licensed & insured. She works hard for her customers to ensure their special day is everything they need and more!

TBD Foods is a small family owned and operated personal chef and catering company with a focus on creating a unique and delicious dining experience, while reducing food waste. Our mission is to bring people together for a memorable meal as we utilize and promote sustainability in local food practices, community partnerships, and our employees.

Not only does Chef Brad have an associates degree in Culinary Arts, he has over 20 years of restaurant experience. Chef Brad has worked in restaurants ranging from Steak houses to Sushi bars, Chinese to Italian restaurants. After working in restaurants Brad worked for the rich and famous as a personal chef for 8 1/2 years on their private yachts. In 2019 Chef Brad and two of his friends won “The Great Food Truck Race” season 11 on Food Network.
