My wife Nicole and I love to travel and are huge foodies. We have a dog and enjoy finding new hikes to take him on as much as we can. We are very family oriented and enjoy having game night with friends whenever we can :)

I did not not grow up with a camera in my hand knowing I wanted to be a photographer. I started with photography by photographing Punk/Hardcore bands but eventually stopped photographing those shows because I didn't want my camera gear to get broken by someone stagediving. Being apart of that music scene help me cultivate friendships with people all over the world, and gave me lots of travel opportunities. Those experiences carried over into weddings helping me understand real documentary style moments and being comfortable surrounded by new people.

A creative soul, a love for romance, passionate to tell your love story. I am always seeking for true connection between humans, the genuine real type of connection. I believe, at the end of the day, these true moments, even the smallest ones, are what mean the most. I started in photography much as everyone else did. What was once a hobby in 2002 quickly became a passion. I started out with a 35mm film set up and would hang out in the city capturing candid moments of people going about their day to day lives. For me, it was like stepping outside the world around me and documenting it like looking through a window into a world I was no longer part of. In 2008, when I myself got married, I realized that a wedding day is one of the most emotional moments for a couple. Not only for them but for the families involved as well! It was Oct. 31st, 2008 when I shot my first wedding. I haven't looked back since.

Ever since I was a child, I've been passionate about arts and culture. Wedding photography fulfills my passion in various ways more than I would have ever imagined. I studied photography at U-Arts and PCAD, and have been photographing weddings for over 10 years, throughout which I've been developing my style of photo-journalism. I enjoy natural and simple moments. When I'm not photographing or editing, I love spending time with my family and exploring places. Most of the time you’ll find me strolling around the city with my son in search of exciting adventures.

When I'm not behind the camera I'm hiking, fly fishing and doing yoga. I'll use any excuse to head north to the Adirondacks. (Eagle Bay donuts is my favorite incentive for a day trip.) I'm on my way to becoming a licensed yoga instructor. I'm obsessed with how my hair smells after a day in the woods. If you can relate, we'll probably be best friends. I live with my amazing fiancé, Alex, and we have two kids who are way cooler than we are. We also have FIVE cats and two dogs. I'm always down for a coffee date if you want to chat wedding details or hiking trails. I always want your dog to come to your engagement sessions.

Now connecting with couples getting married in 2025-26! I grew up in Vermont, spent 4 years living in Ithaca, 6 in Albany, and am now living near Buffalo, Ny.
