The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Super Chix was born in 2014 in Dallas, Texas as a restaurant dedicated to chicken and custard. In October of 2019, the very first franchise opened in Huntsville, Alabama. Our store decided to take a dive into the wedding industry and hasn't looked back. We provide our clients with affordable per person pricing and a delicious spread at their weddings and events. With a dedicated catering staff, we are able to cater to 5 people or 500 people. Our menu features southern classics and at the center of it all - chicken.

“It was challenging to plan a wedding during Covid, but Super Chix made the reception easy. We opted for the food service to ease our guests’ minds about having so many people touching the utensils, etc. All of the servers were friendly and professional. They helped bus the tables too! Of course everyone loved the chicken, chips, and salad. But the frozen custard really finished it off right! We got two flavors and had it served along with the cake. I have nothing but praise for the way Super Chix handled the wedding. I had lots of tasty leftovers too.”
