A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. As your guests enter the space and walk onto the beautiful original wooden floors, they will walk towards the main event room which features striking lighting decor that will surely make your celebration an unforgettable affair. You can rent the entire space for a party of up to 150 people.

Located just outside Franklin in College Grove, Battle Mountain Farm is 234 acres of breathtaking views and rolling hills. We offer an amazing 4,000 square foot climate-controlled Event Barn, Historic Farmhouse with an upstairs apartment, Horse Barn, Gazebo, Log Cabin, and Guest House as well as beautiful grounds with lake views. The packages listed below have our One day (Hours are 10am to 11pm) and Two day packages (Day One - Hours are 10am to 8pm and Day Two - Hours are 10am to 11pm) prices included.
