A photography professionally since 1997, my photographic skills were honed back in the days of film, working in my family's advertising agency. After many years of commercial photography experience, I officially launched my photography-exclusive business in 2009, leaving the advertising world behind. The catalyst which caused me to make this career shift was a cancer diagnosis in 2008. Having cancer causes you to reevaluate a lot of things about how you spend the time you have left in this world. And I wanted to spend whatever time I have left here doing something meaningful. And what could be more meaningful than weddings?
