I am fun loving, hard working and passionate about delivering wonderful photos from your wedding day. I work very hard to help couples to feel comfortable with me and with the camera so that their photos reflect the honest emotions from the day. I enjoy working with couples to deliver an image set that they will cherish for years.

I am all about seamlessly integrating into the days events so keep things rolling and fun. I am easy to get along with and work very hard to make it feel like the couples i work with are old friends. I feel that it is very important for couples to feel a connection with their photographer as that leads to better photos and a better over all experience.

    James has the rare combination of technical excellence and a relaxed, fun-loving approach to his work. While the beauty of his photos speak for themselves, the process of making photos with James is also a wonderful experience. James gives just enough direction to make the photos look good, without arranging you into stuffy, formal poses. He easily follows the energy of the day, capturing both the connection between you & your partner, and the excitement of your guests. His obvious love for his work makes it easy to relax in front of his lens. James is an attentive communicator, and quickly delivered a huge gallery of gorgeously edited pictures after the wedding. We had a wonderful experience with James, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

    James was so easy to work with and very accommodating to our desires for our wedding. He was communicative, thoughtful, and professional. We had several meetings prior to the wedding and we really appreciated how James listened to our needs, as well as introduced ideas and suggestions of his own- true collaboration! The whole experience really put our minds at ease. We chose a very rustic setting and James was able to capture the essence and feeling beautifully in his photos. He had great ideas for staged photos, and has a good eye for natural, unscripted shots. At no time did we feel nervous or overwhelmed, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the results!
