The Loft @ Chandler is nestled in historic Black Rock, and features a modern industrial aesthetic, freshly brewed Thin Man beer, and delicious food by Tappo Pizza, made on site in our dedicated events kitchen. An outdoor ceremony location is available - a cool community courtyard, surrounded by red brick buildings, and home to vibrant mural artistry. It is just across the street from the Loft. We rent chairs for this space at $4 per chair, and there is a $150 site fee for the courtyard. If your group is under a certain size (appox. 80 ppl), you may marry in the Loft space itself. Winter weddings may marry in the loft, with a small amount of chairs and standing room for ceremony.

Private bridal suite with bathroom. The Tower Room; Seating: 150. Great atmosphere for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, banquets, holiday parties, weddings. Tower Room offers a full bar, music, multiple TVs, microphone, podium, connectivity via Wi-Fi HDMI. Includes lounge area with a waterfall and seating for your guests to mingle. Private bridal suite. The Recital Room; Seating: 65. Great atmosphere for wedding ceremonies, showers, anniversaries, banquets, birthday parties, corporate events.
