“When my fiancée and I thought about what was important to us when choosing a photographer for our big day in Rhode Island, we were looking for someone with bright and romantic style, someone who knew how to pose/shoot plus size bodies, and more importantly someone who was engaged with my partner and I in the planning process. We found all of that and more in Yesenia. From the jump, Yesenia knew exactly what we were looking for. As a plus size bride it was important to me that our photographer show that they understand how to pose/shoot larger bodies. Yesenia sent me a message and directed me to several examples in her portfolio and calmed all of my insecurities. She also asked really thoughtful questions and gave us lots of tips throughout the planning process. Seriously- her guidance/organization was more helpful than a lot of the “how to” guides out there. We did a mini engagement session and wedding photography with Yesenia, and in each of those moments I appreciated her clear direction/guidance as she helped us get so many beautiful shots. Her strong communication also extended to all of the vendors we had hired for our special day. By putting your trust in her she can truly create magic. Yesenia was also very transparent about how/when to expect follow up to both communications and when galleries were expected to be delivered. While you can’t always control timelines, we were fortunate to get all of our photos on time or ahead of schedule. I can’t stress enough how wonderful she was to work with. We wanted classic rock for the majority of our cocktail hour and created a list of artists for Rick to work from which he played the perfect set. The music was a true reflection of us which is exactly what we wanted. We had a great time dancing the night away with our family and friends. The uplighting was beautiful and helped enhance our venue. The photo booth was worth every penny, our guests could not get enough of it! “Brandon was such a friendly and relaxing presence to work with on our wedding day! As soon as he arrived, he introduced himself and immediately got to work filming the bridal suite getting ready. He was able to get great shots while politely navigating what was a crowded and busy space. Although he had never worked with our photographer before, he did a fantastic job coordinating with her. Throughout the day he was very efficient in getting shots alongside our photographer so that we never felt like we had to put on a show for the video. “KS Media Productions were true professionals and a huge asset to have for our wedding this year. We saw samples of their work and immediately wanted our wedding to be captured in that light. “We reached out to Christy almost immediately after booking our venue (18 months before our wedding), and are so happy we did! We had a great engagement shoot - something we didn't think we needed/wanted but she convinced us that it was worth it and it was! When the pandemic hit, Christy was flexible and kind as we figured out how to change our wedding plans. We decided to have a super small, outdoor wedding at a family house with as many precautions and safety measures as possible and only 12 us total.
