Boyd Farm is a historic one-of-a-kind getaway nestled in North Dallas, close to Rockwall’s historic downtown district, Lavon Lake and just 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. Bill and Jennifer Craft call it home but have been welcoming customers to their peaceful ranch since 2013, offering classic sunsets and rolling pasture views. Fly By Night Cattle Co. offers two options for private parties, the Party Room or the Venue. We have several chef-designed menus for you to select for your event. We also have additional seating areas under the Covered Pavilion behind the Event Barn, as well as throughout the entire property. We have the only AUTHENTIC WESTERN TOWN with a Saloon, a Jail, a Chow Line, a Cowboy Hotel, a rustic Event Barn and a beautiful Outdoor Ceremony Area. We also offer Overnight Accommodations for up to 10 people!

Nestled in the country side of North Texas, the rustic sophisticated charm of HD Ranch is truly unique to the area with its accommodations. HD Ranch offers a stress free venue experience that generously includes onsite lodging for 3 full days! Our weekend package books you from Friday morning to Monday morning providing you with ample time and opportunity for set up and tear down. The home is fully furnished and equipped with a warming kitchen, bath towels and linens. We are able to sleep 12 in beds between the house and guest house. Enjoy private yard with pool, hot tub, grill and cedar cabana...perfect for your rehearsal dinner or Sunday Brunch with guests!
