Red Ribbon Hall is a historic landmark building located in the heart of Eaton Rapids! Dating back to 1878, the building was affiliated with the "Red Ribbon Movement". The interior has recently undergone some refreshing renovations to help bring a modern feel to the historic building. There are three different areas available for utilization: the upstairs, downstairs, and an outside location. The upstairs houses a theater styled hall, a bridal suite, a grooms room, and two restrooms. The theater styled hall consists of a stage lining the back wall and elevated theater style seating along the side walls. The downstairs houses male & female restrooms, a kitchen available for catering, and a reception hall. Round tables and chairs are provided along with their set up and tear down. There is also an outside location available upon request. An individual will be on-site for supervision. The Whittier Event Spaces, LLC operates the historic multi-purpose venue/spaces located off the beautiful Detroit Riverfront in Detroit’s “Gold Coast”. Just minutes away from the heart of Downtown Detroit and steps away from the Historic Indian Village, it holds a rich Detroit/Motor City/Motown History. Our multi-purpose venue has 3 breathtaking spaces that are not only beautiful, but also versatile to meet your every need. The Loggia, The Grand Ballroom and The Winter Garden are ready to help create some of your most unforgettable moments. Ready? 

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
