In the Spring of 2016, our family came together to build this venue in the hopes that we could provide a peaceful place for the most joyful celebrations. We believe that the focus of any celebration should be on the joy you share with the people you love, so we’re here to take care of some of the details. Full access to a storage room packed with decor for your use is included with all rental packages. The Cottage offers multiples rooms and a mirrored salon. The Cabin (dating back to 1905) has been remodeled to serve as a getting ready-space as well. Our Chapel features family-made stained-glass and antique pews. The chapel sides can open to provide the scenery of being outdoors with the convenience of being indoors. The two-story Reception Hall can accommodate up to 242 people. Exposed wooden beams contrast with chandeliers that cast a welcoming glow across the interior. Our venue is located close to modern amenities while still offering a tranquil setting for inspired celebrations.

A beautiful, rolling, 40-acre property with indoor options for a smaller wedding and multiple outdoor options, Still Waters is the place to plan your wedding weekend. We offer the option of making it a weekend affair with friends and family, including overnight accommodations and amenities, in addition to the beautiful outdoor options for your wedding and reception.

Several years ago we had purchased some property with a run-down old barn on it. As we restored the old barn we had several people ask if they could rent it for their upcoming wedding. The barn had no bathrooms, no parking, and a dirt floor - so we graciously declined but the seed had been planted. We love building + design, we’re dreamers at heart, and we genuinely love people and their stories. After leaving our daily jobs in ministry we ventured out to find the perfect 20 acres to build our dream on. The Lost Oak Event Center boasts a large open event space with high ceilings and stained concrete floors, large bay windows overlooking vineyard and pond views, a cocktail room, bride and groom suites, and comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests with dance floor.

Firefly Gardens is family owned and operated. We offer 3 packages. No matter which package fits your needs, we only do host one event a day as we offer a 15 hour rental of 9am to midnight. Our packages include reception chairs, tables, ceremony chairs, choice of 43 polyester floor length tablecloths, up to two bartenders and two officers for 5 hours, cleaning after your event, one staff member during the entire rental , event liability insurance, beautiful landscape grounds, and much more.

The Hamptons of Weatherdord features a 6,000 sq ft villa with 9 bedrooms, can sleep up to 18. A private entrance to grooms lounge so the couple is able to keep from seeing each other before the first look. Villa available for overnight stays - wedding weekend package is Friday - Sunday(10am check in/10am check out) and this includes 2 overnight stays, access to ballroom on Friday for early decorating and rehearsal dinner. Have the option of booking additional nights. Our ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests inside, patio areas can be used for extra guest seating, cocktail hour, dance floor or other. The sliding doors both open up and blend ballroom to front patio area, set up of tables/chairs (20 of the 66” round tables that seat 10, 4 of the 8’ rectangle tables, 2 of the 6 ft rectangle tables, 8 cocktail tables), use of custom portable bar, A/V system, caterer’s kitchen. We have an open vendor policy.
