Plus we have an on-site woodshop where Mike custom makes every couple that books here a wooden sweetheart dining table to use at their festival and TAKE HOME! We are sentimental folks, and operate a very hands-on wedding experience, making sure every detail is taken care of.

Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. Full of whimsical decor and antique furniture, you can contract us to serve traditional afternoon English-style tea service or bring your own caterer. We're best suited for bridal showers and other events rather than full wedding ceremonies.

Rancho Mirando is located on the iconic Devil's Backbone with 25 mile views of Wimberley Valley. We only do 20 curated weekend weddings with overnight accommodations for 16. We have both 48 hour and 72 hour packages.
