The Middleton venue is a brand new event venue that just finished building in September 2023. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.

Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Your Something Old & New! Olde Dobbin Station will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch. The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents. Olde Dobbin has recently renovated its final structure and officially has made it into a chapel. The “chapel” was initially used in the late 1800’s as a pump house for the nearby trains' steam.
