Our venues are Tyler Gardens in Newtown, PA: Ash Mill Farm Bed & Breakfast located in Holicong, PA; with Historic Strawberry Mansion & Ridgeland Mansion both located in Fairmount Park in Philadelphia. We have small intimate spaces for rehearsal dinners & quiet elopements all the way up to a 300 person event space to host all your friends & family. All our venues are tented facilities equipped with lighting, customed made bars & flooring.

A top-to-bottom interior and exterior renovation sensitively restored the grandeur of the mansion’s exquisite craftsmanship and injected contemporary architectural features to transform one of New York’s grandest residences into a dynamic, dramatic setting for gatherings of all sizes. Situated on the highest point of Fifth Avenue with expansive views of Central Park, the mansion also enjoys one of the city’s largest enclosed gardens. Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.

Bolingbroke Mansion was built fifty years before the American Declaration of Independence and is just fifteen miles from where that historic event took place. This location has six event rooms, including several excellent outdoor ceremonies and reception locations. Indoors, the mansion can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests. You'll find a beautiful staircase in their gardens that provides a stunning backdrop for photos. There is a side porch overlooking the sprawling green lawns and giant trees for cocktails and receptions. Stone-raised stairs and a landing in their memorial garden provide the ideal backdrop for any wedding ceremony, speech, or picture session. Seasonal flowers, lovely deciduous trees, and evergreens can be found in the magnificent private gardens that lead off Bolingbroke's back patio. The rear lawn also offers plenty of space to seat your guests for either the ceremony or for dinner.

The Vale Public House tells the story of a Scottish expat who came to New York and spent his time as bartender entertaining and serving customers on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for the last 20 years meeting his partner, whose entire family hails from Kearny New Jersey. reating an atmosphere welcoming to anyone, The Vale is the safe space in the neighborhood where the customer's comfort can be achieved at any level. Authentically Scottish, The Vale's half pint pours, comfort food and social snugs provides its customers with a hometown hangout vibe and a place that everyone can call "theirs".

Sitting atop twenty-three acres of picturesque Chester County countryside, the exquisite Main Line estate known as Hilltop House includes grand formal gardens, fountains, apple orchards, and sloping meadows. Built in 1894, this unique and elegant mansion in Devon, Pennsylvania, was home to several prominent Main Line families until it was renovated for public use in 2005. Generous rooms with multiple entryways provide easy traffic flow throughout the spacious wood-paneled interiors, verandas, and terraces. The venue can accommodate up to 135 guests and has ample convenient parking, just steps from the front entryway.
