Carmel Fields was the perfect wedding venue! The venue itself is beautiful, newly remodeled with a beautiful nature preserve for photos. The planning staff was incredibly responsive, accommodated all of our additional asks and requests, and helped consolidate all the planning into one place. Our day could not have been better. I would absolutely recommend this venue for couples who want to streamline the planning process but not compromise on quality.

The Village, Big Sur was an absolute dream to work with, creating our "Night Before" celebration. I could not be happier with our evening and dinner! The staff was amazing both planning and executing our event which was held on the lawn and in "the barn", a truly gorgeous, serene setting. Attention to detail was evident, personal and thoughtful. The evening began with a "welcome" signature cocktail, champagne, and a beautiful canape' station. Dinner followed with a land and sea inspired menu. Absolute perfection! Thank you Catherine, Chef Tim, and Matt for making our special night unforgettable.

I can confidently say The Club at Pasadera provides the best quality customer service and food service in the area. They are consistent with every event and we have done over 100 events at their location over the past 8 years. The back of the house staff has remained the same because they are all one happy family and it shows in the service they provide every one of our clients. Besides that the venue is stunning and will leave your guests feeling like they have been transported to another country. Another huge plus is their indoor spaces in case there is rain in the forecast and you do not want to pay an extra 20k for a tent last minute like you often have to do at other locations in the area. We LOVE The Club at Pasdera and highly recommend them to any couple looking to get married there.

It all started with Alice Jaeger - the legend at the heart of the our story. In 1929, while the Pacific Coast Highway was under initial construction, Alice began plans for a homestead haven to offer travelers a place to rest & refuel. Alice planted cacti & succulents by hand throughout the land. With her husband, Steve, a ranch-style home was built in 1936. It later became a diner + tiny inn; a gathering place for locals and wanderers to rest, refuel, and nourish with a homegrown meal. That ranch-home is what we call Big Sur Bakery today. We're honored to carry on the traditions.
