I'm Sarandon (pronounced SU-RAN-DIN). I'm an artist and photographer in Baltimore, Maryland where I live with my husband, our daughter, and our Australian Shepherd pup. I have an affinity for houseplants, terrible movies, good whiskey, and dinner parties. On days off I like hunting for my next favorite bakery, perusing a museum, or gathering friends for dinner and cocktails.

Growing up in rural Virginia my intro to photography came to me at 14 while breaking into abandoned houses with friends to take photos that can only be describe in retrospection as “experimental”. Having now spent more years of my life taking photos than not, it’s safe to say that I’m all in.

I was born and raised in a quiet seaside town on the South Shore of Long Island. I grew up in a place where good, strong love grows with parents who have been together since they were 16 years old. They taught me that true love grows in the face of hardship and, as strong believers in their faith, that love is, indeed, patient and kind.
