We started Blend after falling in love at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Upon graduating, we trekked across the country to work tireless hours under envelope-pushing chefs in Napa Valley and San Francisco. We are happy to now call the Greater Reno-Tahoe area our home, as this region is brimming with culinary possibilities and evolving in exciting ways.

I had my first shot at managing a sushi restaurant when I took over an empty section of the family restaurant and introduced sushi to my customers. It was a challenge that I will never regret accepting. It was fun, a lot of fun! I had the opportunity to work with some really talented and creative chefs. I quickly learned that it’s not just about having fresh fish anymore. Sushi dining has transformed into a culture. A culture built by imagination and creativity. With the help of GD and the support of my family, I took all that experience and fused it with my imagination and created Yooshi Sushi Catering and Event Production.

After an enchanting wedding in Paris, at roughly 40,000 feet in the air, the idea for Frost 321 was born. Founded by a practicing health attorney, Frost 321 is named to reflect the revolutionary process of freezing at -321 degrees Fahrenheit. Frost 321 creates the best-tasting ice creams, sorbets, and cocktails in the most enchanting way possible. Not only is the taste impeccable, but the experience is unforgettable. Created right before your eyes, Frost 321 provides a dessert experience that excites the taste buds and minds of guests, long after they’ve finished their tasty treats.
