So disappointing

I hired James to cater a baby shower. He promised me that everything would be on point. That was so NOT the case. I ordered the large fruit platter, which should include pineapple, fresh berries, watermelon and honeydew. I got watermelon and honeydew on a metal tray. I ordered the “ made to order grilled cheese sandwiches”They sandwiches were premade. And got very got hard sitting in the warming dish. And I don't know what was worse, that or that's the bread was obviously day old bread. With one slice of Velveeta cheese. I ordered meatball sliders. The meatballs were frozen and the bread was horrible. I ordered a gourmet cheese and cracker platter. I got two trays that were bought from Safeway in plastic containers, and he didn't even bother to take the cheese and crackers out of those plastic containers. We are literally talking chunk cheese and Ritz crackers. With the worst meat ever. And I paid 300 for this plate alone? I think it cost him about 40. I ordered his pinwheels with blue and pink in them. I got pinwheels bought from a market, horrible and tasted disgusting. No blue or pink anywhere. Everything he promised, didn’t never happened. I paid for him and a server. The server never showed up. And then he proceeded to leave early without telling me, and he owed me 400 in cash. I would not work with this person ever. He offered to give me 600 back. Which I thought was very reasonable. He is now blocked me and will not return the money. This guy is a joke!
