High Mountain Floral

5.0

Kaysville, UT
  • Florist
  • Starts at $500

After working in the wedding and event industry as a wedding coordinator for two years, I finally pursued my true passion of being a wedding florist! My experience in the wedding industry through internships, workshops, and career positions allowed me to be able to jump right in as a florist. Flowers are so fun and I am glad to be on this side of the wedding industry. I get just as invested in my client’s wedding as they do—if not more! I will not only be your florist, but your hype girl, your sound board, and your friend!

Awarded Best of Zola
I had an amazing experience working with Biz! The flowers for my wedding were exactly as I envisioned them and were absolutely perfect! Biz showed up early to my reception to set up the flowers and other decorations and not only did that, but also offered to help with other things. I could tell she really cared about making things perfect for me on my special day. She really knows her stuff too! Her flower combinations were exquisite; in the planning process I would show her a picture of a flower/plant I liked and she made suggestions of things to put with them to balance and compliment each other. I had a family member make my own bouquet and when it turned out to be much different than I wanted, Biz saved the day by using extra flowers of her own and changing the bouquet to be something very beautiful. It made such a difference! I will definitely go with Biz for any future flower needs that I have since she was amazing! 10/10 recommend!

White Fox Floral

5.0

Kaysville, UT
  • Florist
  • Starts at $4,000

Exquisite designs for carefree couples. Expert advice. Locally sourced ingredients. We love a fresh, wild and carefree design. About your florist: When I’m not designing you can find me in the mountains hiking, enjoying the streams, rivers and wild flowers! I love to sing, dance and celebrate! I can watch The Pirates of the Caribbean movies on repeat and I am always down for live music and trying new things. I can live off of a charcuterie board, but my favorite meal is a homemade hamburger!

White Fox Floral was a dream to work with, her energy was contagious and so fun. She was very good at communication and I always felt in the loop. Most importantly she is incredibly talented and my flowers were on point.

I want you to know, I do things a lil differently. My goal isn't just to document how you looked. It's to document what your love FEELS like. You know that stiff, awkward posing? Yeah. I'm so not about that. You can say bye to those cringy photos and hey to crying + laughing your head off, to dancing + snugglin up, to chasing + holding. Because those are the moments that make a life + I'm here to document your love and life how it looks and really feels.

Hi, I’m Stacie! After initially going to a photography school for architectural photography, I quickly learned I had a passion for human connection and a natural ability for making people feel at ease. Once I photographed my first wedding I was smitten. Now over a decade later I still absolutely love what I do. I am passionate about creating beautiful photographs that are sincere, meaningful, full of emotion, and feel like you. I want you to be able to look back on your wedding photographs year after year and remember all the emotions - the laughter, the tears of joy, and the love.

Awarded Best of Zola
I cannot even begin to describe how incredible of a job Stacie did for our engagement & wedding photos! Not only is she extremely talented and professional when it comes to photography, she is also an incredible person inside and out. My husband and I are somewhat shy when it comes to having our pictures taken but Stacie made us feel comfortable and confident. Your wedding photos are something you’ll cherish forever, so it was important to me and my husband that we prioritized a good photographer and Stacie far exceeded that expectation. We have so many amazing photos of not only just ourselves but everyone at our wedding which is special to us. We highly recommend Stacie with Vitae Weddings!!

Merinda Starnes, Utah Harpist

5.0

  • Solo performer
  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Kaysville, UT

Merinda Starnes has performed as a solo, orchestra, and ensemble musician since 2007. She received her degree in harp performance from the University of Utah studying under Dr. Cathy Clayton. During her college career, she performed with the University of Utah and University of Arizona’s Wind Ensemble and Philharmonic as their principal harpist. Her solo performing career started at the age of 9, which has included performances at local city creative art concerts, church and religious meetings, as well as weddings, business and corporate events. She is currently the principal harpist for Skyward Symphony.

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with having Merinda play our wedding! She was so fast to respond to me, and had such amazing communication on timing, pricing, and the music that I wanted! She had such a vast selection, and even was willing to learn new song just for us. We got married up in the Uinta mountains, which was a hard long location to get to. She showed up early and was so prepared. I tell you she was a trooper, we had crazy rain and hail and she was just happy and pleasant and playing beautifully still! Carting her harp all around the camp and just was absolutely amazing. She is so talented! I cannot recommend her enough, do yourself a favor and have her play your event! Thank you Merinda!

Amber Christina Photography

  • Photographer

  • Starts at $1,800
  • Serves Kaysville, UT

Professional wedding photographer of 7 years. My love for photography came to me as a teenager and allowed for me to have a creative outlet that turned into something bigger than I could have imagined. My love for it stuck with me through college and as I became a Registered Nurse in the NICU. While I absolutely loved caring for little babies, all I wanted to do was create art that would last forever.

Amber Christina Photography was the perfect choice for our wedding photography. From the moment we first reached out, Amber and her team were incredibly responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. Their communication was top-notch, and they always made us feel like their top priority. On the day of the wedding, Amber provided such a calming presence and brought a wonderful sense of humor that helped relieve any wedding day stress. She made sure to check in with me and hype me up when I was starting to feel overwhelmed, which I truly appreciated. Most importantly, the photos Amber captured are absolute heirlooms - they are precious, true-to-life images that perfectly encapsulate all the joy and love of our special day. We are beyond thrilled with the work Amber Christina Photography delivered, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sara Lleverino Photography

5.0

  • Photographer
  • Classic style
  • Starts at $2,900
  • Serves Kaysville, UT

Hi there. I’m Sara Lleverino. I’m a mother of four kids, two girls and two boys, and wife to fix-it-Felix. Yes, his name is Felix, and yes, he’s very handy. I love God, but I respect all people’s beliefs. I’m pretty chill. I love to be creative. I can bake, cook, sew, read, and craft. My mantra is, “Always be kind.” I believe kindness and respect go a long way toward a lasting relationship. It’s those small, real moments when you’re spouse is holding your hand and helping you into the car that count. It’s the joking and flirting and laughing that I want to capture for you.

Sara was amazing as our photographer for both our wedding and our engagements. For our engagements, she was willing to hike back into a swampy area and even lay down on the wet ground. She did this all willingly to get the perfect pictures! Not to mention driving a good distance out of the way to the location we wanted. She was incredible at directing us, too, helping us relax so we got natural shots (that weren't cheesy). The wedding was amazing and she brought a second photographer to ensure no moment was missed (her second photographer was also a very pleasant human). The group shots with family and friends and all of the candid pictures was beautiful - it was hard to pick our favorites. Overall, Sara is a genuinely great person, lovely to work with, kind, and patient. I would absolutely recommend her for any photography needs.

Nicole Aston Photography

5.0

  • Photographer
  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Kaysville, UT

Hi there! I’m Nicole, the girl behind the camera. I am a 27 year old Utah native with a recently acquired & extremely handsome husband that I’m crazy in love with. Together, we love making air-pop popcorn, running around with our pup Luna, trying to out-Harry Potter each other, eating steak burritos (see above) and exploring around our state + beyond.

Nicole was a dream to have at our wedding. She felt like one of my closest friends, but was an absolute professional. She kept it fun, lighthearted and comfortable - but delivered photos that were so unimaginably great that I don't even know how to describe them. She's by far one of the best choices we made when planning our wedding and I couldn't recommend her more. Absolute perfection.

The 5th floor is an all-inclusive premier wedding venue & event space, in Ogden, Utah. The layout at The 5th Floor works great for large receptions or an intimate ceremony. The industrial brick and modern updates, with wood and metal accents, and a dance floor with romantic bistro bulbs will give even the most simplistic design a wow factor for you and your guests. On the days we aren’t hosting weddings & private events we open our venue to professional photographers. The 5th Floor Studio is the largest natural light studio in Utah. The exposed brick, natural lighting & vaulted ceilings will bring your photos to life!

The 5th Floor was an amazing wedding venue for our special day. The communication from Ariel and her team was incredible - they were so responsive in answering texts and emails, and made the experience feel very personal in helping us plan every detail. On the day of, they kept everything moving smoothly and were incredibly helpful in making sure we stayed on schedule. The venue itself was gorgeous, spacious, and truly unique. Paired with its convenient location in downtown Ogden it was the perfect space for our wedding. The Photo station was a huge hit with the guests, our only downside was the memory cards kept filling up so a lot of photos weren’t ever saved unfortunately. You can tell the whole team really cares about making each event special and ensuring couples have the best experience possible. We are so grateful to the 5th Floor for helping to make our wedding day perfect.

Rachel Nielsen is a full-time wedding-elopement photographer based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is married to her best friend, a mama to five, obsessed with light, and can be easily bribed with a diet Mt Dew.

I enjoyed every moment of my experience with Rachel. From the beginning, she offered every piece of information I needed to make an educated decision on a photographer, and her pricing is astonishing considering her quality of work. She is renowned and her personality is just as amazing. I never had a dull moment and laughed each time we were together. I 10/10 recommend it. I live across the country from her but will be booking her anytime I need a photographer 100% of the time. Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.8

  • Florist
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Kaysville, UT

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
Because of all the florals already there due to the nature of the venue, and all the florals and plants they filled in, I didn’t feel the need to have a ton of florals, so I did them myself! I found Flower Moxie here on Zola and they were so great! If you are thinking about DIY’ing your florals, I would definitely recommend looking into Flower Moxie! They have some set packages you can chose from, but I upgraded to the highest personalized package and it was so worth it. I got to have a phone call with the florist and they put together a custom package, and they definitely killed it, the flowers were exactly what I had in mind. There were so many resources and they went through everything so well I felt so prepared and we had almost no issues putting all the florals together. All of our florals still looked fresh and beautiful on our wedding day, and some of the florals in our arch arrangements lasted WEEKS. A word of caution though: it is definitely a lot of work, so just ensure that you have enough time in town before your wedding (i.e. you can’t fly in the day before your ceremony, if you are traveling to that location) and enough people to help you (for putting together, transporting and anything day of). I actually really enjoyed getting to do my florals myself, and would highly recommend if you are creative and DIYing your wedding!
