We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly we began adding amenities to the property. First a huge rope swing, (that we have since taken down). It was fun watching the kids fly into the water. Then the 110’ water slide kept all the kids smiling as they splashed into the lake. Then in 2020 our daughter was engaged to a great guy. As she began looking for that special place to host her wedding we came to realize that it was right here. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work.

Couples will receive assistance from a Personal Wedding Coordinator, who will aid in selecting and customizing one of many wedding packages, along with coordinating set-up and clean-up. As an added convenience, we also boast a private, onsite Bridal Suite to get ready and relax before your special day begins. “Bucks Run is a beautiful wedding venue! If we had to get married again, we would choose this venue without any hesitation. My husband is an avid golfer and I love the water, and this met both of our wants. The lake in the background of the ceremony is so pretty, and this lake can also be seen in the reception space. And it's a golf course so my husband was happy about that. Ha! When we were initially looking for a venue, we reached out to a few other local golf courses, but Amy was prompt in her response and I could tell from our first few initial emails that Bucks Run was going to be the place for us. The food is AMAZING (I only wish we could take leftovers). The staff was AMAZING and super kind to all of our guests. And Amy was AMAZING. She was always quick to respond, even when I wasn't expecting a quick reply. Her answers were always clear, and she made sure that we had everything we wanted for our big day. I cannot recommend this venue enough. You won't regret it!”
