305 Trackside is an industrial chic event venue located in the Historic Seaboard Freight Depot building in the heart of downtown Southern Pines, NC. Original wood plank floors, exposed brick walls, 6 oversized sliding barn doors, exposed trussed ceilings, 1,500 square feet of open air interior space and over 1,500 square feet of covered outdoor patio space, all make this venue an unforgettable backdrop for any event!

We are a Christian based, family owned wedding venue located in our hometown of Ellerbe, NC! The venue was built for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding in the fall of 2023. It was built as an act of love between an extremely close family.

The Farm on Cotton is a rustic wedding venue located in Sanford, NC. Sitting on top of a lofty ridge, with unparalleled views, you'll find yourself immediately miles away from the hustle and bustle. Relax, partake, drink in our sumptuous offerings of earth, water, fire and sky. At Westwood there are 4 distinct wedding locations. The front or back lawn of the lodge provide an intimate and regal setting for your event. The Moongate, which symbolizes everlasting love, nestled between The Lodge and The Grange, accomodating 200. Foxtail Lake has a beautiful view of the sunset and also accomodates 200.

Centrally located in Chatham County, our venue is easily accessible from the Greensboro, Raleigh, and Fayetteville areas. Just minutes from the historic Camelback Bridge and downtown Sanford, guests can escape the sounds of the city as they celebrate an evening on the Farm. Whether you’re planning a classic wedding, an intimate gathering, corporate holiday party, or non-profit event, your guests will enjoy getting away for an unforgettable day at Oakland Farm.

FlakeHaven is a modern, industrial, chic wedding and event venue sitting in the middle of 250 acres overlooking a beautiful pond, cattle filled pastures and open farm land surrounded by natural wooded areas. The venue features lofty ceilings with extravagant industrial chandeliers and rough cut pine boards that line the walls.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Couples can accommodate up to 132 guests at this venue. The lush garden serves as a memorable backdrop as you say “I do” in front of your loved ones. You can then take your formal pictures around the private property. For your cocktail hour, Vizcaya Villa offers its charming, covered Lakeside Pavilion & Lounge area. Finally, you can dance the night away in their Artisan Ballroom. Expansive windows allow for scenic views of both the wooded grounds and the lake. A wrap-around balcony creates a tranquil site for guests to socialize and admire the sunset. You and your wedding party can utilize the private Bridal Suite and Groom Room as comfortable spaces to prepare before the start of your celebration. Ample catering prep space is also at your disposal.

Sugarneck is rumored to have gotten its name by the bootleggers traveling along the Cape Fear River as a code word for the place where they would pick up their moonshine. Sugarneck reaches back long before smartphones and social media, back to a time when the only way to send a message was by writing a letter and sending it in the mail. One of the earliest U.S. Post Offices in North Carolina still stands strong today. It was a community where people gathered, shared news and good times. Built in 1874, the renovated original Cabin structure serves as a unique visual reminder of those simpler times. The Cabin and the Post Office are on the National Register of Historic Places. The vast scenic views of the North Carolina countryside along with the grandness of our 150 year old Oak trees do not go unnoticed, and at night, the stars light up the sky. Down a gravel road, surrounded by lush fields is a sweet & elegant, unique, farm venue. With a pond & a goose or two, we can make your event amazing! Doug and Cindy Carroll opened the venue in 2005 with the first wedding being held in 2006. Doug’s grandson, Paul, now takes care of the property and his wife Monica handles the day to day operations and even coordinates some of the weddings.
