Our intimate 1837 Village Chapel, charming outdoor Village Green with picturesque Gazebo, or newly-restored 1837 Niles-Barnard House await your special day. Most wedding packages include time for a rehearsal prior to your wedding and access to all of the historic buildings on the day of your event. Rental packages include time to decorate, assemble guests, take photographs, and remove decorations. If needed, additional time may be purchased.

The restaurant seats 100 people in the Main Dining room near an open bar with exotic granite and bar stools, bar booths, and regular height Dining tables. Accommodations are available for special events. The Moroccan-style dining room features 6 booths, dining tables, and a private VIP-style Mediterranean seating area which seats up to 15 people. This room can accommodate up to 100 people.

From bridal showers, to rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions, we have the ideal space to host your special day and all the festivities leading up to it. Our classically elegant ballrooms can be rented partially for intimate receptions or in full for over-the-top celebrations. Rochester Hills Banquet Center is a banquet hall located out of Rochester, Michigan. Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. RSVP is a dream come true for owner, Nellie Mun, who has always loved hosting gatherings. Her home is always open to family, friends and dinners with clients for her wedding coordinating company, Pleasant Surprise Events. Owning a venue is just an extension of what she already loves doing. In May of 2014, she and her husband rented this cute space to host a graduation party for their son and his friends. She walked into the same space in January of 2017 and struck up a conversation with the store owner who revealed that she would be moving. The seed that was planted then has sprouted into the venue it is today. This little space is the perfect spot for your private event. Being a part of the amazing Downtown Fullerton community and supporting fellow small businesses is a gift and a privilege for Nellie.
