Our philosophy hasn't changed over our 15 years here in Boise. We will not serve anything that we wouldn't serve to our family. We source locally first, designing menus around fresh, organic, sustainable ingredients whenever possible. We search high and low for crew members who are hard-working and share our love of great food and wine. We support local farmers, winemakers, entertainers, athletes, musicians and we make it a point to shop at local businesses. We keep current on food styles and beautiful presentation and oh yes, WE HAVE FUN!

We started a bison ranch in 2020 and after a few years of cooking under a tent we decided to upgrade and got our truck. We love providing local, healthy, and delicious food to our community. We are both veterans and after serving came together and started our business.

We specialize in events for 35 - 250 guests. Our goal is to create a comfortable setting to enjoy tasteful treats and satisfying savories to compliment any heart. We strive to create a direct replica of your ideal magical day to share with family and friends. Our grazing tables are a work of art that will surely please you and your guests. We work very hard to procure the highest quality charcuterie, cheeses and accoutrements.

Cam FitzPatrick: Born and raised in the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming. Cam has been working in the bartending and restaurant industry for many years. When he's not pouring drinks, he's focused on his professional snowboard career. Rene´ FitzPatrick:​ Also born and raised in the mountains of Jackson, René has been bartending and creating her own cocktail recipes in the valley for the last 4 years. Previous to bartending she worked weddings and events in the area for many seasons. The combination of both passions has lead her to where she is today.

April Hale has been catering in Boise since 2007, but her love of cooking started when she was 9 years old in her parent’s kitchen in Indiana. April’s mom didn’t enjoy cooking, and April didn’t enjoy dishes, so the swap was made, and thus began her love affair with food. She started out with a Chemistry major in college (graduated with a BSBM with a Chemistry minor) and always envisioned her professional career in a lab. Little did she know her lab would turn out to be the kitchen.

At Your Place Catering is a full-service catering company located in the Sun Valley, Idaho area. It is owned and operated by Steven & Becky Ludwig who have called Idaho home for more than 25 years. We served the first beverages mixed from our small-batch shrubs and syrups out of our renovated 1950s trailer bar in 2016 in Sun Valley, Idaho. Chef Jeff channeled his passions and experience into creating his own business “Madison Farm” and became a personal chef to families. Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
