We got to sample some of her delicious work and talked to her about creating a unique flavor to commemorate our unique wedding. Claire took this challenge and blew it out of the water, keeping us constantly in the loop, working with our florist for the right flowers, and delivered to our venue (also in Brandon, VT) on the wedding day! We wish we could have seen her to give her a true thank you in person but amidst the festivities, we missed seeing her set up, but definitely got to reap the benefits. She was fantastic to collaborate with, and turned our frankly pretty boring tastes (chocolate cake, vanilla icing, and strawberry decorations) into a truly spectacular cake! Not only was it gorgeous, but it was SO freaking delicious that we were eating it for days afterwards (what was left, at least!)
