Being born in South America and Metairie, La native since the age of 3, I am a self taught chef who devotes her talents to Southern BBQ and Creole, Cajun infused world of cuisines with beautiful plates, simplistic flair and impeccable flavors. I have been Catering, Planning & Coordinating both large & small Weddings & Events for over 22 years. I started in our family owned restaurant at a young age, waiting tables & learning to cook.
