Brian Lindner is the proud owner of Brian Michael's Catering Company. Originating from New York City, Brian started working in a butcher shop when he was only thirteen years old. Brian Preceded to train under his brother Chef Joseph Lindner Jr,. a Johnson and Wales Culinary Arts School graduate, for fifteen years.
