An area once reserved solely for the practical application of aging beers, and on occasion for private beer dinners, we opened up this space for guests to host private events such as ceremonies, receptions, showers & rehearsal dinners. Located within DESTIHL Brewery, the Barrel Room is where you’ll find something unique. Our modern-industrial space is perfect for the craft beer experience, a place where you’ll be greeted with our warm hospitality, and an experience unlike any other in Central Illinois.

Originally designed by notable Bloomington-Normal architect George Miller and originally the home of the Odd Fellows organization, One Twenty Six has been lovingly restored and updated to create a modern event space that will leave your guests in awe. The venue has sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, which makes it an ideal location for those looking for more than just a reception hall or banquet center. The venue features a full kitchen, seating area, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 pull out couches, the ballroom, and lounge/billiard room where there's plenty of room for mingling with your guests after dinner! There's also a bar area where you can enjoy drinks before or after dinner if desired!

The Old Rugged Barn property is extremely versatile and the perfect location for your rustic wedding and reception. On the property, there is a large main barn with a 2000 sq ft main floor and a large loft overlooking the aisle and dance floor. In addition to this main building, a large enclosed pavilion and grain bin gazebo also sit on the property, with multiple pastures surrounding it for either parking purposes or use for event activities. Ceremonies can be held in any of the buildings, or outdoors, so the venue can accommodate and bring to life any of your rustic wedding dreams!

Beautiful, simple, intimate, and filled with light, the Evelyn Chapel is available year round for wedding ceremonies for alumni as well as the general public. The mission of the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts is to create an environment where all forms of artistic expression are appreciated, encouraged, and seen as a contribution to the quality of life in our community. Built-in 1921 as a home for the American Passion Play, the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA), then known as Bloomington's Scottish Rite Temple, boasted an elegant lobby fronted by a graceful five-arched façade, a ballroom that could seat 1,000 diners and a 1,320-seat theatre that featured the largest stage west of New York. In 2000, The City of Bloomington formed the Bloomington Cultural District to assume ownership of the Consistory and surrounding properties to shepherd it through a restoration.

Vrooman Mansion in Bloomington, Illinois can accommodate up to 75 seated guests for a more intimate ceremony and/or reception that is indoor or outdoor. Be amazed by the historic details of the mansion built in 1869, with it's beautiful sweeping staircase, stained glass windows, as well as the modern amenities you'd expect. Consider reserving our 7 rooms and suites for overnight accommodations for the wedding party before the event to relax onsite with confidence, and after the event to wind down. Our suites also provide ideal changing areas for the wedding party and capturing moments with your photographer. Our Carriage House is a luxurious choice for a honeymoon cottage that keeps you on property, yet privately tucked away when you want to be. We provide custom packages and choices: mimosa bars, cocktail receptions, family-style buffet, or plated formal dinners. The acoustics in the Main House will gently amplify our own piano or other acoustic musicians.

At Lakeside, you will find many fun activities for you and your family to enjoy. Members and staff are friendly and it is easy to find a group to socialize and eat with or to round out your foursome on the golf course.
