I am a U.S. Air Force Veteran, mother of 2, first responder wife and business owner. I have a B.A. in Hospitality Management/Event Planning. My goal as a wedding and event planner is to make sure that your event runs smoothly, but also to ensure that YOU get to enjoy your event -- no one should be calling the bride over and over again on her wedding day to ask questions. I want to bring your dreams to life by taking you step by step through the design process, connecting you with amazing vendors and giving you the day of your dreams. We are three feisty female veteran friends who love to arrange, coordinate, decorate and enjoy fabulous festivities. We became friends more than a decade ago!!! Although Individually we have been doing events since the early 90’s we started helping each other with events, parties large and small for nearly eight years. Seeing how well we worked together we decided to start WWEP January 2018. Between us we have organized everything from corporate dinners to backyard pig roasts, in-home couples baby showers to big venue weddings and most recently the 2019 Mat-Su Wedding and Special Events Expo.

Hello! I’m Lorell, and I own i do Events, the cutest, little wedding planning company in Anchorage, Alaska! I’m a California girl who moved to Alaska in 2009. I tell people that I moved to Alaska for love! I know, kind of cheesy but it’s true! When I moved here, I took a job with a conference planning company and found my passion for event planning. It felt different being on the other side, being the point person who handled ALL the logistics, not just a small part of it. Having this new job sparked something in me that I never knew existed…being a wedding planner! Yep! So that’s when I decided to open my own company in 2011.

Alaska Wild Hearts Events is a business that grew out of my love for hospitality, adventure, and the joy I find in creating novel, memorable experiences for others. Hi! I'm Brooklyn - the owner! I'm 22 years old & happily married to my best friend, Michael. Traveling is a huge part of our lives, WDW is our happy place, & our next adventure is never far away. When I'm not at a wedding, you can find me in the flower shop or doing some *light* retail therapy. I recently graduated from KSU with a B.S. in Hospitality & Event Management. I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing couples & vendors in several states.
