With over 25 years experience in the event industry we have a lot to share to bring your vision to reality. We are a full-service Venue and are able to assist from start to finish or we welcome you to just use our facilities. Whichever situation you prefer we are here to make sure your day is everything you envisioned! Our Venue holds 150 seated dinner guests and 230 people for a cocktail style event. We offer onsite catering from $14-$25 a person. Our Bar Collections are from $9.00- $15.50 per person, with a $500 setup fee added. You can use our caterer or bring in your own, however you must use The HIVE'S Bar Service. We have many menu options to choose from. We would love to put together a detailed proposal on your entire event design just for you.

The location for High Wire Distilling is as unique as the spirits—a rustic 23,000-square-foot warehouse located on Huger Street. Spacious with a vintage industrial feel, the Production Area features a 22ft high, barreled ceiling and a beautiful, hand-hammered, copper still as a focal point. High Wire’s Tasting Room boasts industrial features with a large viewing window into the production area. Visitors may also receive a sensory education about the distilling process, ingredients, and formula creation.

Waterfront weddings await at The Swain Boating Center on the Ashley River! Our premium venue, opened in 2021, offers stunning views and versatile spaces. Host up to 160 guests indoors or enjoy our screened porch, spacious lawn, and covered pavilion with a fireplace and grills. Picture ceremonies or cocktails with the river as your backdrop. The Cedar Room at Mercantile and Mash, located in the celebrated Cigar Factory, is an open and airy space featuring historic wood columns, hardwood floors and original elements of the circa 1881 building. The walls consist of rustic brick and floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal a view of the architecturally acclaimed Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge. The 8,000-square-foot private event venue can accommodate parties and celebrations of up to 500 guests, from intimate cocktail receptions to seated dinners for 300 guests. The space features a bridal suite, built-in bar, and a courtyard with 1,500 square feet of additional event space. Onsite parking for guests is available after 5:00 pm.

We are happy to host bridal showers, weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties, business meetings, and more. Whether you’re hosting a formal evening affair, luncheon, or casual rooftop gathering under the stars, we offer customized menus for parties as few as 15 to as large as 150. Our event coordinator will work alongside you to ensure every detail is exactly how you imagined.

Music Farm is an iconic music and wedding venue located in the heart of historic Charleston, SC. It offers renovated, flexible multi-purpose space that is ideal for your special event. Host up to 170 seated guests or up to 675 open plan in the trendy expansive setting. The main floor of the 16,000 square-foot space is broken up into three different levels offering spaces to dance, dine and celebrate. It has a cozy and inviting atmosphere and is ideal for live entertainment. Colored mood lighting creates a party ambiance. The venue has a full bar and full kitchen, making it a one-stop shop for throwing an unforgettable event. The bar offers a variety of options, from specialty cocktails to wine and beer packages.

Located at one of Charleston’s most historic addresses, Camden Room makes its home in the circa 1856 Deans Warehouse. Featuring exposed brick, hardwood floors and original beams that accent 30’ ceilings, the copper roof and natural light from clerestory windows in our space epitomize Southern Hospitality.

Victor’s Seafood & Steak features an elegant bar area and dining room. The menu includes shareable appetizers, classic steakhouse entrees, and local seafood specialties. The centerpiece bar offers signature cocktails, as well as a selection of barrel-aged cocktails, beer, and wine. The refined dining room is accented with plush booths, antique wares, and scenes of wildlife. These twos rooms merge together to become the embodiment of “Sea” and “Land”.

One Broad at Brasserie La Banque is located in historic downtown Charleston, SC in the French Quarter. The Connection at Hope's Treasure Chest is a cozy Wedding Reception and Event Venue located on Folly Road on James Island, a few minutes from Folly Beach. Our venue is spacious and holds 150 seated guests for a reception or dinner party. We will work with all event planners, vendors and caterers in the Charleston and surrounding areas and can accommodate any request.

Post House is an inviting, lively restaurant and boutique inn featuring a dedicated private events space ideal for large parties and special occasions. Nestled in the heart of the Old Village, Mount Pleasant, SC, Post House’s original features and historic charm lend to its unique character.
