No, our venue is fully insured. All Vendors on property must provide insurance.
If the Group elects to cancel this Agreement for any reason other than a termination for cause or pursuant to Force Majeure, as defined below, the Group agrees to provide written notice to the Hotel of such cancellation accompanied by the Group’s payment of that percentage of the Minimum Revenue in an amount to be determined as indicated pursuant to the following scale: From the date of Agreement signing until 121 days prior to arrival date $ (50%) From 120 days to 91 days prior to arrival date $ (65%) From 90 days to 46 days prior to arrival date $ (70%) From 45 days or less prior to arrival date $ (100%)
Yes. We require at least 10 rooms total per night for two consecutive nights. Rates vary depending peak season and non-peak season.
Yes. Deposits are nonrefundable. If the event is over one year out, we require a 25%. If the event is within one year, we require a 50% deposit.
Yes. You will work with a sales manager on contracting rates and dates. Once you complete the signed contract and the deposit is taken, you will introduce to your on-property Events Manager. Please note the Event Manager assist with everything hotel related. The Event Manager is not the planner but can works with the happy couple and planner for ease of planning and operations for the day of. The Event Manager is no cost the couple.
