The expansive estate features the majestic 1920's Felt Mansion, the Rustic Carriage house, and the quaint Chapel at Shore Acres. All around this beautiful architecture are carefully manicured grounds, a grotto, and lush gardens. The Felt Mansion boasts modern amenities, seasonal tents, and optional overnight accommodations. Our event space is perfect for your small to mid size event. Seating for 64 during formal seated dinners, 110 for your intimate wedding ceremony, or up to 180 in a standing room only. The use of tables and chairs is included in our base price, which will makes pricing out your event easy and seamless! We also allow food prepared in a licensed Kitchen to help fit into your budget. The space is attached to a fully stocked bar for all of your beverage needs, and can be closed off for your private moments.
