I thought I was organized and on top of things, but then I had Erika coordinate my wedding! I got married in New York City in June 2023 and opted to plan the big parts (venues, menu, specialty things my fiancé and I wanted like musicians and our getaway car), but I couldn't have pulled it off without Erika. She was there to remind me of the little things that often get overlooked like syncing up with vendors prior and during the wedding day, setting up the tables at the reception, and acting as emcee at said reception. She made sure no rock was unturned in terms of anything we may have wanted. All in all, my wedding - which was a "destination" wedding for around 90% of guests and brings its own unique set of worries - was a smooth sailing success thanks to Erika's coordination and communication skills. She was ultra clear in emails and calls and was thoroughly wonderful to work with start to finish. PS: Her husband, Hunter, took photos for our reception and did a beautiful job! He knew exactly how to pose us to capture those glowy, in-the-moment shots and shared in our excitement all throughout. I would totally recommend them as a package dynamic duo if you're also looking for a great photographer.

Lauren was instrumental in solidifying our timeline and ironing out all the details. She kept everyone in line at the rehearsal and ensured our wedding day went off without a hitch, all while being incredibly friendly and fun. On the big day, there was a chance of rain before the outdoor ceremony. Lauren knew how important it was to me to keep the ceremony outside, and she managed the situation with such grace. She had both indoor and outdoor setups ready in case a last-minute change was needed. By the grace of God, it didn’t rain, but Lauren’s calm demeanor and preparedness kept me at ease. Overall, Lauren went above and beyond for us. If you want a smooth, stress-free wedding, beautiful decor setup, a structured and organized coordinator, and a supportive friend along the way, you should absolutely hire her. 10/10!

We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. Teyanna was absolutely everything and more! I hired her for day of coordination, decor and florals. She exceeded my expectations. We had a South Asian Muslim wedding. She took the time to listen and understand my culture, wishes and vision. She was extremely realistic and reminded me of my budget and what I could do vs not do. I’m a project manager and extremely Type A. It’s hard to impress me, but she was not only able to impress me but was a step ahead. She and I worked on a timeline and had multiple versions to make sure everything was accounted for. She started advising me several months ahead of my wedding. I recently worked with Yasmine for my daughter's wedding at The Highland Manor under the beautiful oak tree. She was not only so sweet and easy to work with, but truly a professional all the way. It was such a pleasure working with her. She met with us a few times to go over every detail of the big day, which made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and less stressed out. She is so organized and had everything down to the detail planned out. She took all the stress off our hands and let us enjoy the big event stress free. If she noticed a slight issue, she right on it. Like for example the guest who showed up way early and went inside the venue before any one was supposed too. (We wanted to keep the inside a secret until we opened the doors). She was already on top of things and politely and quickly escorted them out of the building to the waiting area. My daughter felt like she could turn to Yasmine for anything and she was right. I just can't say how thankful I was to have Yasmine to work with. She just made the wedding day so much better by being the true wonderful professional that she is and letting us enjoy things. She is wonderful!
