I found The Heights Villa through a friend who was looking for a quince venue. I had no idea they had taken the old neighborhood church and turned into something spectacular. When I visited the venue I fell in love, then I met the owners. Brendan and Cathy are nothing short of LITERAL angels on earth. They make you feel like you’re home, like you’re exactly where you should be. I toured several other Houston venues, some that were even double the price of THV and something wasn’t right. Every tour at the other venues made me feel cold and foreign, it just wasn’t right. Then I toured THV with Cathy and Brendan and I KNEW this was where I was meant to solidify my union with my husband. They made sure every decision I made was well informed and in alignment with my vision of my perfect day. There was never any surprise fees, lack of communication or shortness of EXTRAVAGANT luxury options for me to choose from. If I could go back in time and tour venues again, I would skip every other option and not waste my time. THV was a win from the second I stepped inside that gate and met Brendan’s smiling face. If you’re struggling to find a venue that treats you like a human being, puts your vision into play correctly every time, and elevates your special day from good to ANGELIC then THV is your venue. We got married in April here and it was amazing! The venue is beautiful and there is a lot of space. My planner, Madison, was very helpful during the process and would answer any questions I had. Our coordinators Janeen and Jackie were awesome! They helped make the day flow perfectly and if we needed anything they were on top of it! The DJ was great as well and was included in the package. The only compliant I have was that they ran out of food even though less people showed up then in our final guest count. We got the steak option and it was delicious but the portions they gave out were small and they somehow still ran out...

Batres Grand Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding day. We got married at Le Tesserae on 5/4/24 and it was the most magical night of our lives! Their entire team was so helpful and knowledgeable, and made the venue selection process a no-brainer. We were the first wedding here, and even as it was quite literally being built, we never got super stressed or discouraged, thanks to their professionalism and communication. Courtney and Joe were SO INCREDIBLE to work with! In addition to their amazing staff, Le Tesserae also had everything I was looking for in a venue – beautiful décor, an indoor/outdoor space, a pretty and spacious bridal suite, great food and an amazing view of the city. It truly checked every box. From the moment you step off the elevator and see the chandeliers and mosaic tile, you gasp and are awestruck by the beauty and charm of the venue. After signing our paperwork with the venue, they shared a list of recommended vendors with us, everything from music, dance floors, photography, videography, etc., and I can’t tell you how helpful that ended up being. It’s because of Le Tesserae that we were able to then secure the rest of our Dream Team! We (us and our guests) are still on a high from the magic of our wedding day and night. I would 100% recommend this venue if you’re looking for something new and modern while also being classy and timeless. Everything was perfect!

As a wedding planner and designer, I go crazy for easily customizable spaces that are naturally beautiful even without decorations. That is ABSOLUTELY Ronin Harrisburg! Every corner of the spaces makes for a perfect photo backdrop with or without adding floral, candles, or other decor. The venue team is so easy to work with, and unlike many other venues we've worked in, they ALWAYS respond and answer questions in a friendly, timely fashion. Their LED ceiling lights are so cool and really set the mood for each portion of your wedding day, since they allow you to have the colors changed throughout your event. It really is a perfect, quiet city location (that actually has on-site parking) for the modern-day classy couple!

When I first started my search for a wedding venue, I had no idea what I was doing and through ZOLA, I stumbled across the 1940 Air Terminal. Little did I know, it would turn out to be the best "accident" ever and lead to the most amazing experience over the year I was planning my wedding -- Juan is so nice and wonderfully professional and accommodating! And the night of our wedding was truly a dream. The venue looked STUNNING -- far surpassed my vision -- and everyone has been talking about how beautiful and unique the venue was. I am so thankful it worked out for my husband and I to have our wedding at this venue -- it was truly gorgeous and totally different to what someone would expect. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone -- ten out of ten in my book!!!

The Sunset Coffee Building is located at 1019 Commerce Street, Houston, TX at the intersection of Main Street and Buffalo Bayou next to Allen’s Landing, the “Plymouth Rock” of the City of Houston. Built in 1910, the Sunset Coffee Building was originally a coffee roasting company. In the late 60’s it was home to the Love Street Light Circus, a psychedelic music club featuring many local bands. In 2003, the building was purchased by Buffalo Bayou Partnership (BBP) as part of the organization’s master plan to revitalize Buffalo Bayou. The Sunset Coffee Building offers three rentable spaces for special events. The Rooftop Terrace looks out over the intersection of Buffalo and White Oak Bayous, the original site of the Port of Houston. The Café 1st floor level is an enclosed industrial style space with a balcony overlooking the bayous. The Plaza, located between the building and Commerce Street, is a perfect space for small concerts, festivals and receptions.

I had my wedding in the indoor cafe area on June 14,24. Rebecca was very helpful and always ready to help. She remained available at all time to us and She provided recommendations to help ease the work load when vendor shopping, helped during the event and even after during clean up time. We really enjoyed our wedding celebration at Sunset coffee and the view from the rooftop was a great setting for sunset photos with our photographer. I highly recommend booking for events at this location.

If I could give more than 5 stars to The Ballroom at Bayou Place I would, everything was perfect! We had both our ceremony and reception at this venue and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. From start to finish everything went off without a hitch. We couldn’t have picked a better place for our special day. From getting ready before the wedding to after party at South Shore Harbor Resort. To a huge food and bar selection to please all of our guests. To getting married outside under the beautiful tree and receiption followed inside. The Revaire and their team helped make my wedding day the best day ever. Since first touring the venue, our assigned wedding coordinator Monica was a great help. I appreciated her responsiveness to all my emails no matter how annoying. The staff the day of the wedding left no detail forgotten. They even brought cocktails and appetizers to my husband and I after the ceremony while i was getting my dress bustled. My guests would not stop complimenting about what a beautiful venue it was. I also appreciated how easily accessible everything was. The entire venue is one level so no staircases or elevators required. A big plus when you have a big dress. :)

Spacious bridal and groom suites to move and take pictures. The outside ceremony area gives you great water view pictures. I was originally planning for an outdoor wedding at the Event lawn. However, we had to make the last minute call to move it indoors the night before due to the expected rain the next day. I was initially disappointed but now I am so happy that we made that decision for our guests’ comfort. Carol and her team pulled through and had everything set up beautifully in the classrooms. ESPECIALLY adding the drapes on the ceiling which elevated the whole room. Luckily, we finished the ceremony early and was able to arrange our lion dancers to meet us out in the court yard lawn before the rain. I was able to get my favorite photo of all our guests with us and the lion dancers. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the space and said how beautiful that this piece of nature exists right in the Houston city limits THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

I met Kristina and her husband at the Bridal Expo and they were so sweet that I booked them that day. Kristina was always attentive to my questions. She is very detailed oriented and I can appreciate that because I’m the same way. I love that my package included wedding insurance and coordination. I worked with Brandi and Victoria from Next Chapter Weddings. They were very helpful. I suggest paying the extra fee to help with the rehearsal. I had a big wedding party and they helped us to get organized. We decided do the ceremony under the luxury tent. It was beautiful. It was hot outside but the luxury tent provided ample covering and there was a nice occasional breeze so we didn’t get too hot. The reception was in the banquet hall was stunning with two stories. We had the DJ and photo booth upstairs. After the ceremony we flipped the tent to the dance floor and bar area. Once it got dark the tent was light up and it was like dancing under the stars. All my guests commented how beautiful the venue was. The staff was amazing and catered to my needs to make my day flow smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to other couples.

Stephanie and her staff ensured every detail was flawlessly executed, keeping us on schedule and well-fed and hydrated throughout the night. I'm a self-proclaimed control freak, but I had zero anxiety leading up to the wedding because I knew Townhall Texas had it all under control. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and has such an enchanting, fairytale-like charm across the entire property. I also love how the venue is owned and managed by one family. You can easily see how much love and work they put into it all, to make sure these couples have the best wedding possible, and I really appreciate that. The value of the package we chose, definitely met our standards. We had access to the grounds for the entire day of the wedding (9AM-11PM), which was really advantageous, and there was even complimentary valet. The bride and groom both had their own separate quarters, which were very old houses with such ancestral and historic character that I really adored. The food was delicious and better than expected, since most weddings I've been to had very bland and disappointing dishes. The Chef on-site was very kind and helpful during the tasting process. Jose, the property manager, was very generous with his time and was very understanding and communicative with visits, tastings, and vendor schedules. There were a couple of times that there was confusion with contacts and miscommunications over phone calls/texts, but it was quickly figured out. As for the day of the wedding, the weather was highly unpredictable. It started off sunny and then it stormed for a few hours and then it cleared up just in time for the ceremony to still be held outdoors, and then it rained again for hours- shortly after the ceremony. However, Jose reassured me that they were all fully prepared to rearrange for everything to be indoors, if need be. The only qualms I really had with the night was when the food was being served, it got disorganized and confusing, since we didn't want a seating chart but had two entree options- so we tried to give everyone color-coordinating name plates, but it did not seem to workout too well. Everyone eventually got a meal, though. However, my husband and I wanted our dinners to be boxed up, since we were too anxious and excited to eat. We had told our coordinator this, and she said she would tell Jose to make sure it was done, but I guess the word never got back to him and the food was unfortunately thrown away. Similar situation happened with the cake, because we thought we were going to have the top tier saved for the 1 year anniversary tradition, but I think it was all served, which isn't really a big deal to us (I would rather my guests each have a slice of cake). When the wedding was ending after the grand exit, it got really hectic with packing and cleaning, because of the rain and everyone leaving at the same time, but Jose was really kind about us coming back the following day to pick up all the items that were left behind. Overall, the venue is beautiful and definitely worth it's value, all the staff are very friendly and exceptionally accommodating-I highly recommend it. We had a great time and everyone was happy, and I can't wait to go back to the venue for the complimentary, 1st anniversary bed and breakfast they offer!

This venue offered most of the things that we needed. Their in house catering is amazing. The bar and bartenders made sure our guest were happy all night and they even had some recommendations of other vendors like our DJ and photographer that we hired through them. Their prices were very reasonable compared to the other places we looked at. We would recommend them to anyone.

The booking of my private reception dinner was done with ease. Katie got back to me quickly after my initial request and helped to answer all my questions throughout the reservation process. When the reception dinner day finally came, our Hostess Michelle was awesome! She explained the process of how everything works and was very nice and attentive throughout the night. She enjoyed hosting as much as we enjoyed being there... Then to top it off, the food was delicious! Great service and Great food is always a good combo. Look forward to coming back!
