This unique venue is not an old converted barn but a beautiful new Montana Red Spruce structure with the warmth and character of a rustic setting, but with all the commercial amenities you need for a successful, comfortable, and elegant event. The barn has been built with soaring 45-foot ceilings and a stone fireplace, beautiful crystal chandeliers, a catering kitchen, and an oversized, 1200 sq ft bridal suite. Your guests will walk along the 120-foot bridge, across the stocked pond, to the Wild Orange ceremony location, which also features a restroom facility and a bachelor’s cottage. The orchard next to the barn grows sugar cane, thus lending to the name The Sugar Barn.

With 22-foot open rafter ceilings, charcoal-stained and sealed cement floors, and an expansive footprint that will seat up to 500 seated guests, Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse and the premier event venue in Central Florida.

We started our Ranch in 2008 with just cattle. We built our house here in 2011 and in 2012 our son and daughter in law decided to have their wedding here. After that we had a lot of people asking to have a wedding or an event here, so we decided to build our Barn to share our beautiful property for weddings, receptions, parties, fundraiser or special event.

Originally built as a citrus barn in the late 70’s, our rustic and elegantly charming event venue comfortably seats 200 guests. A canopy of mossy oaks surrounds the outdoor ceremony site with market lights strung to create a romantic glow. A paved walkway leads to your happily ever after where vows are exchanged in front of our wooden gazebo. In the air-conditioned reception room, guests will enjoy comfortable seating under our lofty ceiling where draping and twinkle lights create a delightful starry sky atmosphere. Located in the new Riverwalk Park, in the heart of Port Orange, the Riverside Pavilion is a quick drive to New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach Shores.
