Founded as Brigham Academy, the center has a rich history dating back to 1903. It has served various purposes, including a dance hub, roller skating rink, bowling alley, corporate offices for Thiokol Chemical Corporation and then it became the home of American Sportswear. This incredible dance hall is the birthplace of Ballet West and today it stands as the beautifully restored Brigham Academy Center.

The Valentine Building was built in 1916 and originally housed the First National Bank. But now, 105 years later, we’ve given this building new life as Pocatello’s finest event center. Our venue was originally a hay and tractor barn many years ago. Since, it has been converted over completely to a beautiful and rustic reception venue. We have a spacious indoor area with plenty or reception setup and a dance floor. Included is also our outdoor area which has a drink trailer, playground, grassy area, patio seating, and a fire pit.
