Yes, with an alcohol rider added on to your event insurance, and a licensed bartender to serve it.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes, we have 45 regular parking spaces, and ~20 spaces for large trucks and vendors. There are additional spots for parking that our venue representative can co-ordinate if needed.

Do you have accessible facilities?

Our bathrooms and piazza are wheelchair accessible, but unfortunately as we are an outdoor venue, most of our surfaces are grass or gravel, and are not ideal for wheelchairs.

What’s included in your starting rental fee?

We offer table set-up and take-down, use of both wedding party suites, use of all areas, a potable water source, permanent restrooms, a parking attendant, and a venue representative to help out with any problems pertaining to the venue.

How many hours are included in our booking?

Your rental is a 14 hour booking.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We have one non-refundable deposit of $500, which is transferable if one chooses to reschedule their date within 60 days of their event. In event of cancellation, couples will not be charged beyond the $500 deposit if the cancellation is made within 60 days of their event.

How do we get to your venue from the nearest airport?

Our venue is about 22 miles from the Boise airport. All couple are required to organize their own method of transportation for their guests. We do have space in our accessory lot for busses.

Do we need to get insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require you get event insurance, and an additional alcohol rider if you choose to purchase alcohol and bring it on to the property.
