“We had a blast working with Mel! She communicated perfectly and responded to our millions of questions within a few minutes. We expressed our concerns with our group having multiple food allergies and Mel was able to accommodate them all. We had espresso balsamic beef tenderloin, miso caramel scallops, garlic green beans, sesame noodles to die for - absolutely wow, vegan bbq seitan brisket, sautéed veggies, vegan and traditional charcuterie boards, strawberry goat cheese crostini, custom breads and cranberry brie in phyllo cups. All the food was amazing! The staff that was tending to us for the night were great. Our two bartenders were amazing. Loads of energy, great stories and really were life of the party. Shout out to everyone at GourMel that was able to make this wedding night possible.”
