New to the venue market, Grove Indian Pass, is a home built in the 1920's for the governor of Alabama. Another family bought it and the house remained a private residence until 2021 when it was sold and converted into a vacation rental. This property boasts 5 acres with 200' of water on each side. The dock side faces the Lagoon and back of the house, while the gulf side has 200' of pristine sand and uninterrupted views of the beach. The Friends of Emerald Coast State Parks is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that works on behalf of Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou & Henderson Beach State Park. Our goal is to improve & enhance the guests' experience through services, improved facilities and interpretive programs. Funds generated through donations, membership dues, and FECSP services offered at the park go directly to support both parks. These funds are used to make improvements and repairs such as building projects, educational programs, equipment purchases, and interpretive displays to create an amazing experience for residents and visitors at both parks.
