DJ Sam Diego is the principal owner and head DJ/Emcee of DJ Sam Diego Events…and recently added wedding officiant to the tool belt as well. DJ Sam Diego has a passion for planning events, music, and is a trained emcee so it was only natural for him to become a DJ too. DJ Sam Diego loves a plethora of music including 90s pop and hip-hop, 60s-2010s hits, disney music, country, and a latin music guru. You may find DJ Sam Diego on the dance floor having a good time with guests here and there and leading line dances too!

I started DJ’ing as a kid with two boom boxes, cassette mixtapes, and a deep love for music. I got into Turntablism and DJ’ing as an art form after completing a term in the Air Force. That's when I expanded my love for music and worked my way through college DJ’ing and doing voiceover. At Cal State I earned a B.A. in Film & Audio Production, and I then went on to become a certified Audio Engineer. When it comes to DJing for private events/venues like club rentals, weddings, corporate parties etc, I love my clients, and thrive on making meaningful connections.

Bassist and bandleader Josh Levine got his start in the professional music business busking in SoHo with The Flying Neutrinos in ’93, so when NYC shut down in Spring of 2020, he capitalized on his experience as a street performer and began to play regularly in the parks of NYC with percussionist and sonero, Jainardo Batista, renowned flutist Itai Kriss making his debut on Cuban trés guitar, and María Raquel on vocals and minor percussion. Before long, the quartet had generated some buzz, several venues hired them to play outdoors and pianist Gabriel Chakarji and Grammy winning flutist and vocalist Jeremy Bosch became staples of the group.

Carte Blanche is a 6-piece jazz ensemble based in New York City that performs international jazz classics from the 1920’s to the 1950’s. Featuring accordion, violin and female vocals, the group has performed around the globe. With their unique international sound and glamorous vintage style, Carte Blanche transports its audiences to times gone by with original renditions of classic songs in 7 languages – English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Yiddish. The ensemble’s versatile instrumentation has a rich captivating sound which brings elegance and refinement to any event.
