Hi, My name is Regina Noble. I’m a wife and mother of 3 young men. I’m also a Native Texan! I was born and raised in the small town of Mexia, TX (pronounced muh·hei·uh). While I have baked all of my life, dessert artistry has been a more recently discovered talent. After several years of major depression I began to use cookie decorating and later cake design as therapy. I found this therapeutic hobby brought much joy to family and friends. A natural progression of this fun and delicious hobby was to turn it into a business. As of 2021 Noble Delights Bakery has been in business for 5 delightfully delicious years.
