“This was an amazing venue. Everything was super cute and beautiful. You could have your entire wedding out here or just the reception. There was plenty of space on the property, while also giving a close-knit, family environment feel. Pictures here turned out beautifully. They have a small suite for the bridal party where the girls can get ready. The owners were great and quick to respond. Tim and Lindsey were super easy to work with. She was always super energetic and willing to help me with last minute solutions. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Mankato, MN area who’s looking for a wedding venue!!”

We originally had plans with another venue but they went up for sale and weren’t sure if they would remain a wedding venue by our date so we decided to reached out to Ahavah Cottage and they were more than amazing! With the timeframe we had left with having to switch venues, they worked with our budget and gave us all the information and vendors we needed to make our big day happen. Communication was always fast and they answered every question we had. Day of event went so smoothly, I don’t think my husband and I stressed about a thing! Staff were lovely and helpful and the venue alone is big and beautiful! Highly recommend this venue to anyone!”

Our ol' 10 acre charm farm dates back to before MN was a state in the abstract. It's been in Brady’s family since the summer of '69 and we plan to keep it that way for generations to come. The original family that homesteaded the property came from Czechoslovakia. They built the hand-hewn log cabin on a boulder foundation and owned it for 112 years. Brady grew up in the home since '87 which has transformed over time into the gem that we have today. We kickstarted our journey at GarageTown LLC with our wedding in August, 2021. “We were married at NCW back in 2017 and our friends and family still talk about how great our wedding and reception were. We toured/spoke with nearly 15 venues from Mankato to the Metro. So many required you to use all of their vendors, had strict rules about what you could and couldn't do, or required a lot of work and decor to create a beautiful space. The other venues made us feel like we'd have a cookie cutter wedding with no option to make it our own. Then we found Next Chapter!
